"She Tastes Like Abuse"

"Upon first contact she tastes like abuse, around the bruises on her neck and the scars between her thighs. It's bitter and addictive, like an alcoholic beverage on a warm night. But then again she says that everyone in her family smells of abuse, and so it only makes sense that she does. Her lips taste like wilted roses that were never chosen to be picked. And once you get closer the taste becomes over powering, but too addictive to pull away. She tastes like exhaustion and sweaty tears. Her cheeks taste hot and swollen, it might sound displeasing but it's amazing and it's perfection. She's perfection. Then when we're skin to skin and we're under hot sheets, she tastes like beauty and innocence. When her chest is flushed against mine, and were connecting by the hip, when she's glistening in her sweat; she smells of warmth and a chance of love. She tastes of second chances and forgiveness. And when I leave traces of my love on her body and she leaves traces of abuse down my back; I couldn't wish to be in anybody else's arms. And when she comes undone and it's all over, she tastes like love and she tastes happy. She lets go and she cuddles within my arms, she lets me close. She forgives. She lets me within her heart and I am truly grateful to say that she is the best thing I've ever tasted and she will forever be my favorite."
