You'll Fine Me

Under the stars

and bar lights

Is where you’ll

find me.

Between the arches

of bar stools.

Behind the wall

of glass and foam.

Between the bedsheets

of some poor,

unfortunate girl;

My hulking weight beside her.

Between the alleys

and trees

and houses

that divide the streets.

Under the stars

and the bar lights

and streetlights

and headlights.

You’ll find me.
