Basic Theory of Age

What is Age? Well, when you think of age you think of the time that you have spent living since the day you came out of your mother's womb. But is that really your age, and if not, how old are you?

Our bodies, and the universe, are made up of what are known as atoms. That is all that matter consists of, these extremely small particles that fly around and are impossible to see. Atoms are the only substance that makes up space. If you take atoms away, you won't have anything, and according to the conservation of energy, energy can neither be created nor destroyed. This means that atoms can't be taken out of existence.

So if atoms make up everything, wouldn't that mean that the entirety of the human body is just atoms? And if so, doesn't that mean that our existence, and age, is that of an atom.

In theory, this is all true, that a human beings body is the same age as the atoms that make up the physicality of that person. So really, if and when you think about it, a person is just as old as the beginning of time and so a person can never truly die, thus being immortal.
