The nuts & bolts of my case involve an altercation with a parking enforcement officer last thanksgiving who initially called in a citizens arrest on me .

However, 8 police officers arrived in scene and beat,kicked , and tazed me into a bloody mess before hauling me away .

Several special investigators have been assigned to examine the excessive use of force as well as the violation of common arrest practices /procedures and abuse of my civil rights .
