Learning

I'm Learning to feel before I think

And think before I speak

because I'm tired of losing things that mean a lot to me,

I'm learning to crawl before I walk

And walk before I run

because these baby steps add up when my words are the only gun,

I'm learning to listen before I speak

But speak before I drown

because I got a lot of shit on my mind and it needs to be said, but how?

I'm learning to think before I love

But love before I hate

I know I'm scared to be lonely but theres no rushing at this age.
