Basic astrology reveals the individual personality but esoteric reveals the bigger universal picture. Taurus is the most important sign of the zodiac for many reasons. Taurus is the divine manifestation of flesh on earth. It represents the thought of Aries or the Godhead becoming man. Although Capricorn is associated with the death of the flesh of the Christ figure: Taurus will always represent the birth. The sign of the bull is directly related to the Buddha( Buddha extends enlightenment to the Christ through the zodiacal ages) The responsibility of the heavenly bull is to take the energy of the planet venus and spread it throughout the entire planet. The Taurus energy takes our personal desires of will in the flesh and creates in the physical to eventually grant an understanding of spirituality at its peaks. Its the epitome of the quote, "we are the universe experiencing itself for the first time." It is through the building up of the physical here on earth that we finally realize we are indeed not what we acquire, see or even touch. It is through this realization that we are granted enlightenment. Each zodiac sign sheds light on the universal plan at large.
