Shrink

I am in a shrinking box surrounded by four quadrants of human pain. They are closing in on me from every angle; I'm getting smaller and smaller as the walls cave in. I take one labored breath after another as I curl into submission with my head tucked in between my legs. The only sound I hear are crunching bones as they snap and tear at the ligaments which held me together. I'm falling apart. Help me.
