my fat Greek ancient

philosophic friend

which I

truly prefer

(it is

the mathematics of cat

that does it

for you

strokes those

empirical whiskers, gets

you

purring

truthfully and beautifully).

My next cat, should

I outlive

my current one

I shall

call "Plato", name

after you

now I have a vague sense of

form, dimension, otherwise

size and

shape

which, as you say, may

well be old threads of memory

I recollect from somewhere.
