PROS AND CONS OF REINCARNATION

Before I indulge in responding to this article that was sent to me, let me first state something. If you are expecting my responses to be standard modern day Christian apologetics; you will be surprised. If you are comfy in your current belief system and have no desire to explore an alternate view of the same basic foundational system … then I kindly suggest you move along. You should also know that I do not view the bible as the “infallible word of God”. It is a very profound collection of esoteric and allegorical stories assembled by man for mankind to rise above their animal based ego self. Every single thing found in the bible was copied, stolen, or plagiarized from multiple civilizations that lived hundreds and perhaps thousands of years before the Hebrews ever wrote it down. The HISTORY never happened. Don’t believe me? Do your homework. The names and geographic locations were changed and altered to present a history for the Bedouin Nomadic people of the Old Testament that never really had one to present. Now, if you’ve gone this far … also understand this:

I have been called an apostate, a heretic, a Pharisee, a Judas, satan, a fallen man, and religiously deranged and misguided. So be it. I have studied world religions and the bible for many years and have thousands of hours invested using the Spirit of Truth to rightly divide the Word of God and these are the things I have discovered from without, and within. You may challenge my writings and beliefs, but do not challenge my experience and research … unless you yourself have invested the time that I have in searching for the Truth … not a religion of doctrines and dogmas.

The original statements made in the article are in BOLD. My responses are clearly marked.

One reason Christians don't believe in reincarnation—the belief that we come back to life over and over again—is because they believe in heaven.

RESPONSE: Heaven (not afterlife) is a state of being attainable in the here and now. Even Jesus confirmed this by saying “the Kingdom of Heaven is within you.”

After all, if heaven is real (as Christians believe), then there isn't any need for an endless cycle of dying and coming back to Earth. In fact, why would we want to return time and time again to the pain and insecurities of this life? Ahead of us is the glory of heaven! As the Bible says, "I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us" (Romans 8:18).

RESPONSE: The purpose of returning as a fragment of our oversouls, is to continue our path of learning. With each reincarnation, it is not the totality of our souls that returns, merely a fragment to allow for further awakening of the Truth of who we are. Furthermore, the doctrine of reincarnation was always taught, believed in, and contained in scripture for all of the early Christians until it was removed by the Emperor of Rome/Church in the 700’s CE. This was abolished so that the empire could maintain control of its subjects in this life by selling them that it was the only chance they had to get it right by listening to authority.

There is, however, another reason why Christians reject the idea of reincarnation. It is this: No matter how long we lived—or how many lives we had—we could never erase the stain of sin that keeps us from God. In other words, we could never reach perfection. But God loves us and has provided the way for all our sins to be forgiven. That way is Jesus Christ, who died as the one final sacrifice for our sins.

RESPONSE: There is no stain. This is yet another tool used by the church to control its rabble and makes its billions in money, power, and control. Original SIN was a doctrine devised by the church and is not Truth. The only way that mankind can ever learn; is to sin. The true sin is NOT learning. This is simply missing the mark of Truth set forth by God the Absolute though the Laws of the universe. A transgression if you will. There is NOTHING that keeps us from God except the personal choice of ignorance that does not accept that God is within. There is no separation, other than illusion of the ego. Jesus Christ, or more properly … Jesus THE Christ, is a much deeper esoteric principle and process. The very word JESUS is Greek for JOSHUA or YEHOSHUA … meaning … GOD IS SAVIOUR. Not a man so named. The way to be SAVED from our ignorance, is by understanding the God within us and resurrecting that Christ within to the Truth that WE are all the body of Christ … we are all a divine spark of God … and that we are NOT the ego. We are the image of God … NOT the image in the mirror. The death and sacrifice is our very own personal responsibility. We take up our own cross. We crucify our ego and resurrect the divine Christ within us. This is how we are ALL saved.

Don't be misled by false hopes or deceptive dreams that will only take you down the wrong path. Instead, face your own need of God and by faith commit yourself to Jesus Christ. In Him we have hope—hope for this life and hope for life with Him in heaven forever.

RESPONSE: Jesus is THE MAN. Representing MANKIND. Christ is the GOD. Representing divinity. Be not led by blind faith, but by GNOSIS … or KNOWING. Once you awaken to the Truth, the Way, and the Life … within us all … then you have entered the Kingdom of Heaven and will sin no more. Your desire to be anything BUT righteous will be left at the cross.

Reincarnation, the belief that after a person dies he is reborn in some other form, has been part of man's beliefs since ancient times. In recent years its popularity has surged with the advent of the New Age movement and the associated renewal of interest in Eastern philosophies and religions.

RESPONSE: The “resurgence” of this hidden or arcane wisdom was rediscovered by the finding of the Nag Hammadi Library of the ancient Gnostic Christians as we as the discovery of the Rosetta Stone by Napoleons army. The Rosetta Stone unlocked the symbols found in the ancient papyri and hieroglyphs in Egypt, and Sumeria. These teachings have proved beyond the shadow of a doubt that the Jesus Christ principle and teachings were founded more than 10,000 years ago by the ancients. This is not NEW age … this is ANCIENT age. This is Sophia … wisdom!

The idea behind reincarnation is that the more experience one has in life, the more pure and enlightened one becomes. A mere seventy-odd years is not enough time to attain perfection. Therefore a person's soul must go through the cycle of life, death and rebirth--known as the "Wheel of Being"--until he or she has reached enlightenment and perfection, and is prepared to meet and/or become part of God.

RESPONSE: This is EACTLY what it is. No further comment here.

It sounds sophisticated, but in essence it is just another way of saying the same thing as the rest of the world's religions--that man can somehow make himself good enough to please God. By his good works he can earn his salvation--it just takes a few extra lives to do it. This view may be compatible with a wide variety of beliefs, but it stands in direct contradiction to the teachings of Scripture.

RESPONSE: Man does not have to make himself good enough to please God. Man needs to awaken to the Christ within him and as a result, will do all things through Christ … thus eliminating error and ignorance and eradicating Karma and anti-Christ behaviours. The reason this belief was worldwide to begin with, is that it is Truth. And the way it always was until Constantine established the false literalist church of rome in 325 BCE at the first Council of Nicea.

The Bible is unique among the "holy writings" of the world in that it teaches of a God so holy that one sin is enough to separate us from Him forever. "[Thou art] of purer eyes than to behold evil, and canst not look on iniquity..." (Hab. 1:13) Even if a man committed just one sin in one of his lives, and lived blamelessly thereafter, he would still not be fit to stand before God. And reincarnation admits that in the process of accumulating "karma" a soul commits many sins and mistakes. Can all the good deeds a man might do erase the sins he had committed before? If a man throws a rock through a window, and then feels sorry and decides to dedicate his life to window-washing as penance, will that fix the window that he shattered?

RESPONSE: But He loves you. Ask the people who wrote the bible. They know nothing of this demand for a human sacrifice named Jesus. The bible itself states that a man will not be punished for the sins of his father. This is pure contradiction. God would never literally destroy ANYTHING made by Him and through Him. This is manmade doctrine developed to control the minds and deeds of helpless people who did not have the education or the tools necessary to discover the Truth. I can go on for pages on this alone, but I will stop here.

The Bible also says that the things man calls "good works" are useless to God, no better than filthy rags (Is. 64:6). Because his heart is corrupt, all the "good" things he does are only good in the eyes of men like himself. "Every way of a man [is] right in his own eyes: but the LORD pondereth the hearts." (Pr. 21:2) So how can man possibly reach God by doing good deeds, even if he had a million lives to do them in?

RESPONSE: Now let us turn this around a bit. Try reading it this way:

“Because a man’s (ego man) heart is corrupt, his good works are useless to God.”

Jesus said “why do you call ME good? No one is GOOD but the Father (God).” What this truly means is … the GOOD that we do is from within the divine Self desired by our HEART rather than doing it simply to get off the hook or be forgiven of something. Even Jesus recognized the goodness comes from within the Kingdom as we operate in righteousness, not in the false ego of desire to escape punishment by lying our way through good deeds when the intent was not HOLY and righteous … FROM the heart.

But the Bible tells us quite plainly that man does not have a million lives. He does not even have two lives. "...it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment..." (Heb. 9:27) Men die only once, not many times. And after death comes judgment, not rebirth. No matter how popular it may be to believe in reincarnation, there is no possible way to reconcile this pagan teaching with the words of Scripture.

RESPONSE: “Once to die” … entering into this underworld of hell called the ego, but then, resurrection and LIFE through the KNOWINGNESS of Christ within each and every man. The only begotten SON of GOD is the Christ within. Not some guy hanging literally on a cross for all of humanity. If a man died for the sins of the world, then why is the world a complete mess? Either he failed in his mission … or it is something much deeper than a literal historical event. The judgment is the self-realization of our personal error and ignorant ways that have harmed others and us. As for what is reconcilable or not, check with the ones who created it all. The Catholic Church and the Orthodox Church will tell you that reincarnation was removed from scripture because it would minimize the churches role in everyday man’s life. The PAGAN teachings that you refer to, are the very basis for the foundations of Christianity. Like it or not … THEY got it right. Mankind has been setback two thousand years in the advancement of our souls by the controlling and meddling ways of the organized church system.
