Katelyn serves food; she takes care of customers. Her job seems like daily routine of work. She always mentions one of her own comments to her manager that she doesn't mind working really hard. Everyone at this small restaurant knows she is tough and everyone often tells Katelyn lots of time that she pushes herself too hard. This waitress has never handed any customers the wrong menu; nevertheless, today, a customer at the table 10 complains Katelyn when she serves an uncooked egg. This customer is upset and makes Katelyn stand at her table for a few minutes and describes what customers expect from the service.
Katelyn apologizes to that middle-age good-looking lady. Katelyn asks the kitchen to have the egg fixed and she expresses the concerns about all mistakes at the kitchen. The waitress says repeatedly that she feels terribly sorry for what has happened to the table 10 before the customer starts enjoying the breakfast. The customer gives Katelyn a comment that Katelyn's job needs is collecting all dishes from the tables right away after all customers finish their each dish. Furthermore, this customer says that if one has a job, one should at least love and take care of the work seriously.
At long last, it's time for Katelyn to ask the customer whether Katerlyn can get anything else for this customer. After all dessert and a cup of coffee are served, the waitress politely says, 'I'll bring the check right out.'
Katelyn also grabs her own tip before continuing on cleaning the rest of the dinning area. Much to Katelyn's surprise, she sees a one-hundred dollar bill under the plate. She does not feel excited because of the money at all; on the contrary, she is so worried that she will not be able to reach that wealthy lady in time. Right away, Katelyn runs as fast as she can in order to stop the car. Of course, Katelyn brings back the banknote to the lady. As the window is pulled down smoothly, the wealthy-look lady gives the young waitress a friendly smile and kindly says, 'That belongs to your patience and responsibility.. The lady in a working costume wants to give the money back to the actual owner who is now sitting behind her chauffeur; however, this rich customer insists that Katelyn keep the tip. Even more this special customer passes another one hundred bill from her handbag to Katerlyn and gives a really heart-warming look to her one more time as well. This is what the middle-age customer talks to Katerlyn, 'This is an extra for your honesty which I can truly say you are sincerely honest. And I don't want to hear another word from you again. I need to leave now. By the way, my business card is under the bill in case you are so inclined to have a new career or need any help. I'd rather you gave me a phone call. Good day.'
The car is running away and leaves Katelyn with a lot of surprising moment for at least another 5 minutes.
