EVENING THEN MORNING
EVENING THEN MORNING
For this entry, I am going to focus on some biblical scriptures that have some deep meaning beyond just paper and ink. An esoteric and metaphysical view.
I’ll start here:
Genesis 1:5 (KJV)
“And God called the light Day, and the darkness He called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.”
The words which we find in the contemporary English language Bible used by translators for interpretation as “morning” and “evening” in Genesis 1, do not actually equate with our English words for those events. In Hebrew, the words actually mean “chaos/disorder” and “order” respectively.
Consider this. When the sun goes down, vision becomes blurry and disordered, and with the break of day it clears. After all, what can be seen in darkness? The light pushes darkness out of the way and brings clarity into our lives. Remember, it’s called a flash-LIGHT for a good reason.
In the creation account of Genesis, the light existed BEFORE the sun and the stars were set in place. This was the light of consciousness. We were brought out of the darkness, and into the light.
Revelation 22:16 (KJV)
“I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, [and] the bright and MORNING STAR.”
John 9:5 (KJV)
“As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.”
2 Corinthians 4:6 (KJV)
“For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God ...”
Revelation 22:5 (KJV)
“And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.”
It is the same as when ours eyes are closed ... we are in darkness. We are in chaos. This is the only time we can truly see inside ourselves. Without the light of the world, we will stay in chaos, with our eyes figuratively closed through Life. Our consciousness is our light. It is our Mind that perceives everything, and remember that our brain is always in total darkness.
Now pay very close attention here. When we open our eyes, we see the light from the inside out, and the order of all of God's creation. Read that again. “From the inside, out.” This is the PROJECTION of consciousness. The Morning Star, represented as Jesus Christ, pushes the darkness and chaos out of our sight. So, if we set our sights on the Divine Spark of the Christ Consciousness within us, we will experience restoration and order in our lives ... just as the morning Sun brings ORDER from CHAOS.
Awaken and open your eyes to see all that life has to offer. Too much time in darkness with your eyes closed, and you'll stay asleep rather than be awake and aware.
Just a thought ...
