6 Celebrities Who Use CBD Oil and Medical Cannabis Products

There are many pot smokers in the United States. Whoopi Goldberg’s message to them is “Smoking a joint is fine, but most people can’t smoke a joint and go to work.” She went on saying “For me, I feel like if you don’t want to get high high, this is a product specifically just to get rid of discomfort.”

Nate Diaz

The former UFC champion admitted that he used vape pen to smoke CBD oil. This admittance is not endorsement per se, in fact, it stirred a huge uproar and a probe by USADA that followed it afterwards. However, the reasons cited by Diaz to justify using CBD oil sound pretty familiar.

Diaz first announced he was smoking vape pen after his 5-round match with Conor McGregor. After making the announcement, when media questioned him what was in the vape pen, Diaz’s offhand reply was CBD oil.

In June 2012, Chong announced that he has prostate cancer. A month later came another announcement that he’s now 99% cancer free. Chong attributed the cure from cancer to hemp oil.

He described this uncomfortable chapter in his life as “I also treated the condition with hemp oil (hash oil). With the diet, the supplements and the hash oil, plus a session with a world-renowned healer, Adam Dreamhealer, I’m cancer-free. That’s right, I kicked cancer’s ass!”

He’s not just a rapper. The Wu-Tang clan member has announced he’s working on the “Wu-Goo” line of CBD oil. The Wu-Goo line of products will contain THC, be available as vape cartridges, and take the vape boom to its peak as one hit will be enough.

Killah is not alone in this. He has partnered with a California-based company that operates in the vape pen market. The company representatives told media outlets that Killah jumped on the bandwagon at the right time.

The expo was not the first occasion Williams spoke in favor of CBD oil. He has always campaigned for the decriminalization of cannabis. A spokesman for the Partnership for Prescription Assistance (PPA), Montel played an active role within the nonprofit organization MS Foundation.

What drove Williams to CBD?

In 1999, Williams was diagnosed of having multiple sclerosis (MS). Two things, according to him, helped him recover. These were snowboarding and cannabis.

In an interview, Williams said he will continue to consume medical marijuana until the day he dies. “Medical marijuana has allowed me to live a productive, fruitful life despite having multiple sclerosis. Many thousands of others all over this country.” He said.
