Suddenly all everyone could hear was the outside of the attic door click like it was locked . "Uh oh we are locked oh no " Mimi said she almost burst into tears but Aqsa stopped her " Mimi please I beg you stop acting like a baby and toughen up you were the one who wanted to do this so please we all have to show ourselves tough to the ghosts or haunted stuff here okay ?" "I will try to be tougher I promise it's just that I get scared easily " Mimi said . "Great job Mimi we know you can do it " Joanna said gently . No one noticed a boy staring at them everyone screamed except Aqsa " Imran what are you doing here " Aqsa said mad " why can't I be here " Imran said . "Imran it's you I couldn't see in the distance get away from here " Brynn snarled the way Milly did . Suddenly two voices , mean voices came from outside of the house everyone hushed , soon the room was so quiet anyone could here a pin drop . The voices belonged to Milly and Indie , Indie was Milly's best friend or side kick " I'm so glad they didn't make it out they are just baby cats or little dummies they are so foolish " Milly snarled meaner than Brynn did . "Yeah they don't belong here " Indie said kind of guilty " but I hate to see them dead " Indie said gently " excuse me you go in there with them we never feel sorry for those people your not my friend any more GOOO! " Milly said meanly . Indie burst into tears as she hurried inside luckily she went to the attic and opened the door "uh uh uh waaah " Indie cried . "Are you ok " Mimi said as she gave Indie a hug " I guess , I am glad you are ok " Indie sniffed " oh thank you for sticking up for us and hi I am Joanna I joined the girls " Joanna explained " oh can I join please " Indie pleaded " OF COURSE !!!!! "Everyone said except Imran who sat quietly in the corner . "By the way this is my house It got infested with ghosts my dad died cause of it " Joanna said sadly "oh I am so sorry for your loss " Indie said . "Ugh girl stuff when do I get to be apart of this " Imran whined " Imran get OUT !!!!!! "Aqsa yelled "eh you are making me cry " Imran cried . Suddenly the roof to the attic burst as a boy swooped down "Mickhi well your here that's great cause our friend Joanna will explain " Aqsa said , before Joanna could speak another burst in the attic . It was another boy "Damon your here too can this day get worse " Ella mumbled along with Brynn "ooh goodie Mario you're here too " Mickhi exclaimed . Mario is Mickhi's imaginary friend "Ugh listen new peeps this is my house got infested by ghosts my dad died of the ghosts we are trying to get my house back ok got it good " Joanna explained annoyed . "Oh " the boys said softly except Mario just laughed "Mario stop being rude you are so spoiled " Mickhi said angrily Mario laughed more " oh forget it Mickhi he is just a brat " Aqsa said sympathetically . Mickhi just mumbled a few words " so we get to kill ghosts awesome !" Damon said "pay attention dummy we kill ghosts and they will attack " Brynn said . By the way if you don't know this Brynn and Damon are enemies and yeah they're on the same team crazy huh I know "anyway guys we have to find Aliyah she might be in trouble we heard her scream " Aqsa said changing the topic " oh right how do we get out " Mimi said . "Dummy the roof " Mickhi said "well Milly is out there we made this deal to go into this house and stay here for a few months if we come out and she sees us she will post something bad on Facebook , Twitter and Instagram " Ella explained . "Yikes that's tough " the boys said and Joanna "and now your part of our team " Indie said "what?" All the boys said . "Yep she's right you guys came here so your part of our team " Joanna explained "aw man she's right we did come here " all the boys muttered . Brynn laughed like an evil maniac except the scarier thing was it wasn't Brynn there was a man, the same man that was chasing Aliyah everyone screamed including the boys . Everyone blinked Mario and Mickhi were gone and Alanna was there all the boys groaned . But soon there sitting on the creepy coffee table was MAMA !!!!! Mimi screamed as she jumped on Aqsa " ugh Mimi I've had enough stop jumping on me " Aqsa said she didn't mean to sound that mean . Aqsa hugged her , Aqsa felt Mimi's teeth chattering suddenly she felt bad for Mimi "SPONGEBOB !!!!!!!!" Mimi yelled " wait Mimi that's NOT SPONGEBOB " Joanna screamed . But Mimi didn't hear Joanna and Mimi kept running toward it soon SPONGEBOB morphed in to a scary looking man with a bloody knife and he started running after Mimi . Mimi screamed "Ahhhhhhh" she tried her best to run everyone ran after her Aqsa urged the boys to come . "Guys this is time to use your weapons " Joanna instructed "huh what about us " Indie and the boys said . "Go in the attic I'm pretty sure I saw a weapons shelf in there " Aqsa said , everyone returned with weapons and they hurried after Mimi "help !!!!!! "Mimi screamed . They found Mimi after 28 minutes laying on the floor wounded and struck badly , Aqsa looked through her backpack and found her first aid kit and Ella and Aqsa treated Mimi . Soon everyone complained that they were hungry , it had been 12 days in that house Aqsa split chocolate, cheese and plain croissants everyone gobbled them down . Luckily Aqsa overpacked she poured fresh water in a cups and gave them to everyone , everybody thanked her . Now everyone felt tired Aqsa brought out 8 sleeping bags and everyone settled in and fell fast asleep . Everyone woke to the creak of the attic door Aliyah was laying on the floor there , she looked worse than Mimi did Aqsa and Ella treated Aliyah and Aqsa got out another sleeping bag . Aqsa tucked Aliyah in the sleeping bag "I can't sleep " Aliyah whispered "ok tell me everything that happened after we left " Aqsa whispered . "Well that freaky man / ghost kept chasing me and he stabbed me with his freaky long knife it was HUGE I got away from him for a while until he found me wandering in the halls I lost him again then I tried to remember where I told you guys to meet me so I came here " Aliyah explained . "Wow yikes " Aqsa said "that is tough " , soon morning came the sun shone brightly through the dull grey attic curtains . "Alanna !!! Are you there ? "Ella asked no answer Bring the sound came from Aqsa's iPod . "Guys it's Alanna she didn't want to stay she had to go to a sleepover and she said she is not coming back " Aqsa read , "oh " everyone said . Suddenly the curtains flew out the window and standing down below was a guy , a guy that Indie has had a crush on like forever his name is Elliot he plays Soccer , Baseball , Hockey , Basketball , Golf ,Swimming , Track running , basically you name a sport he does it . He rushed into the attic " yo is everyone ok ? I'd like to join your team and yo Indie sup " Elliot said " we are fine ,ugh another guy " Aqsa mumbled Elliot winked at Aqsa , Aqsa rolled her eyes , there was no way she'd ever like a guy . "Guys I'm tired of staying in the attic lets go explore " Aqsa said everyone glanced at each other " oh all right I agree being stuffed up in this attic for 2 and a half days is crazy lets explore " Brynn agreed . So Aqsa and everyone else packed up there stuff and they headed to the basement "do we have to go to the basement ? "Mimi asked , "remember Mimi no fear always believe " Aqsa reminded her Mimi smiled nervously . Ugh Aqsa had to take her puffer, it was so smelly, dusty, abandoned and run down , boy this place needed work "this could've been a normal house " Joanna sighed sadly . "Oh Joanna we'll try to make this a normal house " Aqsa said , " Um guys why is there a skull hanging from the ceiling ? Is it a human skull ? "Aliyah asked Ella grabbed it . Ella dropped it right away it was now covered with green slime "what is this stuff " Brynn asked " hominy Inge it's a poison whoever touches it gets a rash " Joanna explained a rash started growing on Ella as well as big bumps . "Yah icky it burns ah I need medicine " Ella cried , "Joanna quick ! I'll get the first aid and the first aid book there might be an article about hominy Inge " Aqsa said as she rushed around . Aqsa and Joanna rubbed actin cream all over Ella's bumps and rashes .

Ella screamed of course hominy Inge hurts , "how's she doing Joanna ?" Aqsa asked , "better . The rashes are better now Ella told me she was feeling better , probably in an hour she'll be normal " Joanna explained . "Oh ok well that's good " everyone said sounding relieved , they did not need a disease that was contagious , "well guys we should get out of the basement in case there is more hominy Inge around " Aqsa said . Elliot put his arm around Aqsa , Aqsa shoved it off and punched Elliot in the stomach and kicked him in the shin . Joanna came her way and led her some where private with the rest of the girls not Indie . "That Is no way to treat Elliot he is really upset Aqsa , you need to apologize " Joanna instructed , Aqsa burst out crying . As soon as Aqsa stopped crying she looked around her all her friends had worried eyes "guys Elliot reminds me of Jake , he was so like Elliot and you know what he did actually you don't know . You guys know Vanessa right ? "Aqsa asked , "sure she's your awesome sister " everyone replied even Joanna , "how I know Is she told me about you we were high school friends " Joanna explained . "Well Jake took her on the Lake Red Cliff and murdered her " Aqsa said shaking , "Elliot is just like Jake " Ella realized , "well we'll ask him if he knows Jake " Joanna said . "Jake is Elliot's older brother and Jake murdered Aqsa's older sister Vanessa we really don't need him here and he doesn't like you " Joanna explained " well this is for you Elliot and Jake " Indie said sticking up her fist . After the whole Elliot session , everybody trudged in mucky sticky mud " help Aqsa ,Aliyah help ! "Mimi screamed as she was getting sucked in the mud , "Joanna, everybody Pull! "Aqsa instructed . They soon got Mimi out " ouch that really hurt my back " Brynn said , "yes it did my muscles are screaming " Imran said

"Oh stop Imran every second you're complaining " Aqsa told him , "well it's not my fault tell the mouth to stop" Imran whined. "Guys Mimi is really scratched up bruises, bumps blood everywhere Aqsa can you give me a hand with the first aid kit?" Joanna asked, "right on it" Aqsa said hurrying over with the first aid kit. "Mimi you'll be fine in a few minutes good thing I brought a stretcher, guys help me with Mimi" Aqsa instructed , "aye aye captain" everyone chorused after a few minutes everyone rested in a so called "kitchen" mice crawled around and termites were found lingering around in the drawers. "Mimi are you ok?" Everyone asked, "I'm better than before" Mimi replied weakly , "that's good" Aqsa replied back, "now let's see if this baby still works" Aqsa said pointing at the stove, Aqsa started the stove it rustled so she kicked it some more gurgle it powered up everyone's jaw dropped, it still worked. "After all these years cooky still works" Joanna exclaimed, "huh?" Everyone said, "our family called him cooky since he worked so well" Joanna said sadly "before my dad died we always used to have Saturday pancakes" Joanna continued. "Oh Joanna don't be sad at least cooky is still here who knows if the ghosts took some stuff" Aqsa said suspiciously, "so what's for dinner?" Damon asked, "I brought 3 packs of pasta" Aqsa said, "wow Aqsa why did you bring so much stuff?" Ella asked, "well all this stuff is helping us" Aqsa replied, while Aqsa and Joanna cooked the pasta and sauce Mimi and everyone else sat down I the kitchen floor. "Guys this is a game with strategy, and brains but you guys will really like it" Mimi said as she drew a map Mimi explained the game and by the look on everyone's faces she knew everybody was interested , Aliyah and Imran were a team in the game. "Dinner's ready!" Aqsa called everyone jumped to find a seat, "yum this pasta tastes delicious" Mimi said gratefully, "thank you Mimi" Joanna flushed. "Thank you for the delicious dinner Aqsa and Joanna" everyone said gratefully, "your welcome everybody tell us if you want more but right now we're gonna make dessert" Aqsa and Joanna said together. While Aqsa and Joanna made brownies everyone still at the table chatted about the days in this house " I still can't believe we are surviving a spooky haunted house"Brynn said, " I know it is so scary in here" Imran said, "Imran you weren't even here for the whole time we've been in here, it's you and Damon's 3 day and it's our 12 day" Ella scolded. "Alright everyone stop bickering. Brownies are ready!" Joanna exclaimed, " and fresh out of the oven eat it while it's hot" Aqsa added. "Yum they taste good" everyone said rubbing their stomachs "why thank you" Aqsa and Joanna said together, after dessert they all got ready for sleeping. "Joanna come here" Aqsa whispered, " what is it?" Joanna asked, " I need to ask you something" Aqsa replied. "Go for it" Joanna said, " what was my sister like? When she was alive, I never really saw her she was always busy helping to make projects. Joanna I think I saw you at one of my sister's projects, it was happy for life" Aqsa said, " yeah remember the pie in the face" Joanna said laughing. Both girls laughed until they fell asleep, a blood curdling scream woke everyone up. "What was th...at?" Asked Imran trembling, "uhhh I dunno" Aliyah replied "I know who that is!" Aqsa and Joanna said together, " who is it" everybody asked, " it's Vanessa" Aqsa exclaimed. " I gotta go find her" Aqsa said, Vanessa screamed more until it was finished, " that wasn't really Vanessa it was a playback from when Jake murdered her on the cliff" Joanna explained tears were dripping in Aqsa's eyes. "It's gonna be ok Aqsa it's gonna be ok" Joanna said sympathetically, "Aqsa are you ok to make breakfast?" Imran asked "yes I'm fine" Aqsa said. "What are we having for breakfast?" Brynn asked, "pancakes or egg" Aqsa replied, "yuck egg" everyone groaned. "Come on guys I have another game" Mimi said, "oh Mimi you and your games" everyone laughed including Mimi, as Mimi explained her game Aqsa cooked with Joanna. Aqsa was dull though she hadn't heard her sister for a long time, "why the sad face kiddo?" Joanna asked, it was a while before Aqsa answered " I want Vanessa back" Aqsa sobbed. "She's always with you, keep her in your Heart and she will talk to you, her soul" Joanna explained, "ok" Aqsa said with a heavy heart. "Breakfast is ready!" Joanna said cheerfully, as Aqsa out down plates of waffles and orange juice. "So, when are we gonna leave this house" Imran asked chowing down his waffles. "I don't know?" Aqsa said, "better bē soon" Imran. "If you don't want to stay here you don't have to" Aqsa said annoyed. Imran looked sad, Aqsa smiled "you know, I know you miss your parents I do too, we can make it through together we have a mission to bring back Joanna's home" Aqsa said brightly. Not nice
