Darkest

People say it's always darkest before the storm.

But oh how wrong they are.

The storm is the bad coming your way.

How would it be dark? You don't even know it's coming for you

You go through hell to get out of it and even once you get out of it, you still have to go through hell.

After the storm you are left with all the collateral damage that storm caused.

You don't just pick up from where you left if and keep going after the storm.

Your safety has crumbled everything you had worked so hard to keep up and stay strong had been taken out by the winds and rain of the storm.

You have to pick yourself up and clean up the collateral damage made.

And that's the hardest part, is to keep going when you don't know how your going to survive.

So when people say it's the darkest before the storm, they're wrong.

It's the darkest after the storm, and you have no one to shine the light.
