Chapter 1

“Mal get up! No one wants a fat slob like your father!” Came a shriek as the end of a wooden cane was prodded into his thin underfed stomach. Fat was an adjective that would never describe Malice son of Maleficent. He always went by Mal for short.

“I’m going to behead you Fien!” He growled narrowing his eyes at his short skinny brother. Who shrieked with laughter as he skidded out of his bedroom. “Brat!” Mal yelled after him. Mal cupped his face in his hands and groaned. This was why he slept at the hideout, he didn’t get woken up by annoying younger brother there.

“Ahh Mal. Your up” Maleficent smiled cooly, as she glided past his doorway. Her gown sweeping up dust with each step. “Your gang is downstairs” they were more than a gang they were well friends. Not that he could say that out loud, as the F-word was more forbidden than actually swearing. Which was if anything encouraged. His favourite thing was to call goblins cunts and whichever got angriest pelt them with stones.

He stared in the broken mirror, squinting at his reflection and began to smooth down his mess of purple hair. Checking that his regrowth hadn’t come in yet, no white blonde hair at the base yet. Grabbing a green shirt with tears that didn’t yet smell like body Oder and his purple jacket, hand decorated with spray paint, studs and random bits of metal he’d stolen. It looked lethal in all the best ways. He slung it on, it fitted his trim figure and his green cut off t-shirt exposed his pale trim stomach. “A wicked day is making Harry jealous for screwing me over. Infertile prick.”

Mal headed downstairs and outside ‘Bargin Castle’ the theme park looking sweat shop his mother ruled. Or more accurately forced high prices on clothing that wasn’t worth spitting on. But that was the isle, how anyone made money that wasn’t from stealing was beyond him.

“Finally!” Jay complained. Jay was the son of Jafar, tall, dark and handsome. Everything his famous father wasn’t nowadays. Mal’s working theory that he was Aladdin’s stolen son, but Jay continued to insist Jafar was his dad.

“Some of us don’t like getting up at the crack of dawn” Mal said crossing his arms.

“And some of us do. You can’t look beautiful without putting time in” Evie insisted. Evie daughter of the evil queen, she had beautiful blue hair with neat two braids she had tied at the back, and a leather blue dress that she’d made herself. She was one of the best dressed on the isle by miles, which was saying something.

“I like sleeping In. Although I do have to do it somewhere my mother won’t find me or she’d punish me” Carlos sighed. He was short with tan freckled skin, dark hair that faded to white curls.

Mal slung an arm across his shoulders. “I told you, you need to kill her In her sleep.”

“And what If she comes back? They reassurected most of the isle to make sure they served out their punishment. Who’s to say that won’t do it again if I killed her!” Carlos replied.

“You have a point” Mal conceded. No one had bothered to murder each other since they were trapped here. There were rumours that some had tried to comitt suicide but were unable to go through with it because of ‘Magic.’ Mal guessed they were too chicken to go through with it.

It wasn’t long before the foursome were reeking havoc across the isle, creating a riot as they riled up their fellow teens. Mal grinned as he stared at the lollipop in his hand. Actual proper candy, how did this end up on the isle. “Hi Mom” Mal smiled bringing the candy close to his lips. He wondered what sugar actually tasted like.

Maleficent snatched the lollipop from Mal’s grasp. “Stealing Candy Mal? I’m so dissapointed?” She said with as much guilt as she could muster.

Mal sighed, his shoulder slumping. He could feel the lecture coming. “It was from a baby!” He pointed out desperately hoping that would make a difference.

“That’s my nasty little boy” Maleficent said grabbing his chin as she examined the lollipop. “Give it back to the dreadful creature” She waved, Fien appeared and handed it back to the baby.

“Suck up” Mal mouthed at his younger brother in irritation. “Mom come on. That was proper candy. Not the weird stuff we get here!”

“Ah! It’s the deets Mal!” Maleficent insisted. “that make the difference between mean and truly evil. When I was your age, I was Cursing entire kingdoms.”

“Mom. If I had magic I would. But I can’t!” Mal sighed exasperated, this was an argument they’d have for all eternity. “We barely get wi-fi”

“You. Walk with me.” Maleficent said leading him away from his friends. “See, I´m just, just trying to teach you the thing that really counts. How to be me!” She declared than looked at Mal, “as much as a boy could. You after all inferior like your father” Maleficent added scathingly.

Mal pursed his lips, her two sons were always dissapointments for being endowed with male appendages. “I know that. I’ll do better” he said with gritted teeth.

A bunch of goblins began to circle in on them, tall hulking brutes with tusks that pushed out from their teeth. Fat cocks swinging underneath their tattered tunics. They all gave Maleficent the deepest respect. “Oh, there´s news! I buried the lead. You four have been chosen to go to a different school...in Auradon.”

Mal went pale. “Not dragon hall?” He winced in horror. He liked dragon hall, he was one of the best pupils there. He heard a yell from Evie, Jay and Carlos as they had clearly tried to run and were now being held by goblins. Ten minutes later they were still having the same argument, although now it was being had infront of Jay, Evie and Carlos parents too. “What? Mom, fuck off, I'm not going to some boarding school filled to the brim with prissy pink princesses”

“And Perfect Princes” Evie added considering.

Mal grinned. “Although Fresh meat...” he said starting to give it some thought. Getting laid could be fun.

“Yeah, and I don't do uniforms. Unless It's leather. You feel me?” Jay said tugging on his leather vest.

“I read somewhere that they allow dogs in Auradon. Mom said they're rabid pack animals who eat boys who don't behave!” Carlos said whimpering like a pup. His eyes gazing over to his mother in mild fear.

Jay snuck up behind Carlos and barked in his ear. Causing carlos to jump three feet in the air. Mal couldn’t help but laugh, “See, Mom we’re not going! Not in a million years!”

“Oh your thinking small Pumpkin. It’s all about World Domination!” Maleficent declared waving her staff for affect. Mal rolled his eyes, it was always world Domination. “Mal. Mal. Mal” Maleficent began. “You will go. You will find fairy godmother and you will bring back the magic wand. Easy peasy!”

Mal squinted and crossed his arms. “Right. Easy...sure. So what’s in it for us?”

“Matching Thrones, His and Her’s crowns. I’m sure you could even corrupt someone to be your lover” Maleficent commented.

“Err...I think he meant us?” Carlos asked. Maleficent shot him a look and he went deathly quiet.

Maleficent put an arm around him and led him to a corner of the room. As if to speak quietly, but nevertheless he she belted. “It's all about you and me darling. Do you enjoy watching innocent people suffer?”

“Well yeah. Who doesn’t?” Mal said rubbing his ear, it was still ringing from Maleficent yelling so close up.

“Well, then get me the wand and you and I can see all that and so much more. And with that wand and my scepter, I will be able to bend both good and evil to my will!” Maleficent said whipping him around until he was almost dizzy.

“Our Will!” The evil Queen corrected, as she fussed over Evie. She was older stouter and Mal often wondered how she’d thought she was the fairest in the land in the first place. But was also smart enough not to voice this opinion aloud.

“Yes. Our will. our will” Maleficent agreed. “And if you refuse, you're grounded for the rest of your lives, Mister.”

“What? Mum!” Mal protested. As she pressed to fingers together to suggest silence and glared at Him. Her green eyes blazing as Mal attempted to push back against her powerful will. Mal buckled his knees hitting the floor as he tried to catch his breath. Eyes watering as they stung with the pain of humiliation.

“I win” Maleficent grinned. Ignoring Mal who was practically shaking on the ground.

“I get your room” Fien declared. Mal grabbed his leg and pulled him to the floor.

“Touch my stuff or I’ll send you to Frollo’s house” Mal sneered. “He loves young boys like you.”

Fien yelped fearfully.

The other villain parents had eventually come around. Oddly Cruella De Ville had been the toughest sell. Mal was sure that may have actually been due to her seeing Carlos as more of a servant or henchmen than a son. He had suggested to Carlos to murder her before they left, but he refused incase Auradon changed their minds about letting them In. Mal was excited to be away from Fien for the foreseeable future. Maleficent had her arms around her two sons, which was slightly difficult as Mal was a good foot taller than her. “Now you will be making your own memories by doing exactly as I tell you” Maleficent said digging her talon like fingernails into Mal’s shoulder.

“Ow. Ow. Yes...ow...” He said gritting his teeth and trying to wrestle himself from out of his mothers arm. Outside Bargin Castle was a sleek black limousine that looked very out of place. “Door!” His mother said waving her arm, like she expected it to open. Mal sighed and tugged it open.

“Whoo! Let's get this party started!” Jay declared, as threw his arms up, he could tell from the look on his face Jay was considering sliding over the bonnet and mooning whoever was in the passenger seat.

“Carlos Come!” Cruella insisted as a large red car pulled up, and she staggered out smelling of week old gin and cigarettes. It was a devil of a car, that roared it’s way across the island. Carlos always looked shaken after being in the backseat, she only put him there as he’d gotten too big to shove in the boot.

Mal nodded towards Evie, as her mother clucked and tutted as she walked over towards Maleficent. “Who’s the fairest of them all?” She asked.

“Me?” Evie replied tousling her hair.

“Ah! You. Yes” The Evil queen said warmly, without actually smiling. Which was mildly impressive. Actually the fact that she could admit her daughter was the fairest was impressive.

“Now Jay. Recite our Mantra” Jafar said grabbing his sons collar before he launched himself across the Limosines bonet.

Jay turned. “There’s no Team in ‘I’.”

Jafar grinned. “Oh, run along. Your making me tear up” he dismissed waving Jay away. Jay grinned and launched himself over the bonnet, his leather pants descending as his he passed the window, and tugged them up.

The drivers door opened a tall wall of man, six foot high and wide, climbed out. Jay just stared slightly open mouthed. “Nice ass skinny” The man said smirking.

Jay blinked, he was strong, but not stupid. “Thanks!” He said patting the guy on the side of his belly. And doing his best to not be weirded out.

“The future of the free world rests on your shoulders. Don't blow it. Mal!” Maleficent said firmly. “And don’t loose the book”

Mal nodded and pulled out the spell book that was still cold to the touch considering how long his mother had kept in the freezer and waved it under her nose. “If Fien ends up cursed, don’t be surprised.”

“Focus on the prize Mal. You boys will rule Aurodon at my side” She insisted. Mal nodded and slid into the Limousine.

“Ah smells like common folk” The evil queen said after dismissing Evie and letting her climb into the Limousine after Mal. Carlos seeing a gap and hurled himself into the Limousine.

“Come back here! Carlos! Ingrate Welp!” She swore under her breath as she changed her mind.

“Bye Bye” Jay saunted in and playfully bowed to Maleficent and the evil Queen as he climbed in.

“The Jackals have landed” The wall like man said pressing a finger to his ear as he shut the door firmly. And walking to the drivers door climbing in as all the doors clicked. The window slid down, and Mal, Evie, Jay and Carlos. Looked at their parents and Mal’s little brother.

“Bring home the gold!” Jafar called out.

“Bring home a puppy!” Cruella said her hands shaking as she started to look for a cigarette.

“Bring home a prince!” The evil Queen nodded.

Maleficent just nodded slowly, her eyes glowing bright green. Mal nodded, and slid up the window.

Carlos beamed and held out a large metal box. “Stole my Mom’s cigarette supply..”

Mal grinned. “You evil bitch!” He grinned approvingly. And practically roared with laughter as he heard Cruella nervous cries.

“Carlos! Carlos! Where’s mommy’s Smokes! Carlos! Where are they you ingrate!” She bellowed seeing red as the limousine drove off.

“Pass me one” Jay requested, as Carlos sat back and started rolling cigarettes.

“No smoking!” Came a call from the driver.

“We’ll give you one” Mal retorted.

“Got my own” The driver chuckled waving his cigarette packet up so they could See it. “No smoking in the car.”

Jay slumped and spotted the jars of candy and sweets and slid over tugging the open and trying them with abandon. It wasn’t long before Carlos stopped rolling Cigarettes and joined in.

Evie looked at Mal queerly, “Your looking a little washed out. Let me help you out!” She insisted opening her purse.

“Ew. Stop. I’m plotting!” Mal said as he got a mouthful of perfume.

“Well it’s not very attractive” Evie commented offering the perfume. Mal shook his head.

“When has that ever bothered me?” Mal snapped.

“Harry?” Evie said wryly without missing a beat.

Mal sighed and stared out the window, managing to spot the high masts of the ship over the rooftops. “Go ahead then…”

“Oh! These! It's salty like nuts, but it's sweet like I don't know what” Carlos said his cheeks bulging with sweets.

“Let me see!” Jay said swiping a handful. “Oh Ew!”

“Ow” Carlos groaned as Jay stared reaching him over him to reach these twirling prices of multicoloured candy.

“Look!” Evie said suddenly. They all gazed ahead as they were headed to the barrier, a big archway with the end of the road lopped off.

“It’s a trap!” Carlos said. Suddenly fear washed over them. What if they weren’t meant to go to Auradon at all. They started to scream out of the back and clutch each other. Eyes shut tightly. Waiting for it to end. Mal leaned forward and pressed the button.

But it didn’t And saw the Barrier shimmer and open as it Drove out onto a magical Gold bridge. “Hey. Did this little button just open up the magic barrier?”

The others eyes opened and looked around and pulled away embarrassed. “No, this one opens the magic barrier.” The driver insisted. “That one opens my garage. And this button...” The driver said pressing it as a black screen slid up.

“Okay. Nasty as fuck, I like that guy.” Mal leaned back approvingly.

Mal had been looking out the window since they arrived in Auradon. The glimpses of Auradon city had been curious, largely flat, neat orderly roads, and noticeably lots of heavy round men. Actually the more Mal looked the more sure he was one of the skinniest he’d seen. No wonder everyone on the Isle was starving everyone in Auradon were clearly eating all the food in the kingdom. They started to drive out of town and into some hills, from the window Mal caught sight of an impressive castle. Towers and spires, as it sat on top of a hill, like it’d thrown up the town. They passed some trees and Mal caught a glimpse of a sign ‘Auradon Prep’ which had a big yellow and blue crest. The car turned into the driveway and they could hear a band playing and lots of young rotund looking students. “Guys! We’re here!” Mal snapped as Carlos and jay began hoarding everything that wasn’t nailed down, and some things that were. The car came to a stop and Mal hopped out the moment the door opened. Seconds later Evie slid out gracefully with a method that had been well practiced. Mal looked around staring at the students, he immediately noticed the handsome boy in the Fitted blue suit his round stomach clearly about to burst the buttons on it. Harry had been a fatty, Mal had promised himself that he wouldn’t date another fatty, but he had to admit this one was cute.

“Oh! Ah! Ow! Stop! You got everything else! Why do you want whatever this is?” Carlos whined as he and Jay tumbled out of the limo. Tugging each over some curtains and a flat screen.

“Cause you want it!” Jay replied tugging harder and almost causing Carlos to tumble over.

“No! Give it to me! Ow! Let go!” Carlos grunted still holding on for dear life. As Jay landed on the ground.

Mal sighed wearily, everyone was staring mouths agape. “Guys! Guys! Fucks sake we have an audience” he hissed at them, kicking Jay in the shin.

Jay stood up and grabbed the bundle of items from Carlos. “Just you know cleaning up. Get up” he said to Carlos.

A round woman in a blue dress and a pink bow came over her hands pressed together and a warm enthusiastically smile. Mal found himself recoiling slightly, she was a little too happy. “Leave it like you found it! And by that, I mean just leave it.” She said to Jay sweetly yet firmly.

Jay tossed the bundle into the limo where it landed with a crash then gave the most charming smile he could. “Hello, foxy. The name's Jay” he said offering a hand.

The woman wisely ignored him, “Welcome to Auradon prep. I'm fairy godmother, headmistress.”

Mal straightened up his eyes sparkling. “You mean The fairy godmother? As in, "Bibbidi-bobbidi-boo"? Mal pressed, partially as he never thought it’d be this easy.

“Bibbidi-bobbidi. You know it” Fairy Godmother said with a twinkle.

“Yeah. I always wondered what it was like when you rescued Cinderella from abject poverty and turned her whole life around. With that sparkly magic..”

“Oh” Came the slightly stiff reply.

“Magic wand of yours” Mal said playing as innocent as he could. Batting his eyelids and biting his chapped lips.

“That was a long time ago. And as I always say, don't focus on the past or You'll miss the future.” Fairy Godmother declared, very clearly shutting that conversation down. Fairy godmother ushered the group onto the green where the handsome hefty lad Mal had noticed early stood smiling. “It's so good to finally meet you all. I'm Ben.” He said shaking Mal’s hand. Mal nodded very unaware he was blushing.

“Prince Benjamin. Soon to be king.” A brunette in a pink dress cut in. With a forced smile, the kind Mal had down to perfection.

“You had me at prince. My mom's a queen, which makes me a princess.” Evie said curtsying. Mal smirked.

“The evil queen has no royal status here and neither do you” Audrey said with a barb of malice behind her smile. Evie straightened.

Mal grinned, this was going to be fun. “Wouldn’t that depend on who her father was?” Mal pointed out conversationally. “If the father was still in Auradon that would still make Evie a princess.” Evie shot Mal a look, her dad’s identity had been a secret they’d shared. But to be fair, it still was. It was just worth the look of horror on Audrey’s face.

“Well. Erm this is Audrey” Ben said after shaking Carlos and Jay’s hands.

“Princess Audrey. His girlfriend. Right, Bennyboo?” Audrey said sickly sweet

Mal rolled his eyes and muttered, “straight people” under his breath. for a second he swore he saw Ben smile.

“Ben and Audrey are going to show you all around, and I'll see you tomorrow. The doors of wisdom are never shut. But the library hours are from 8:00 to 11:00. And as you may have heard, I have a little thing about curfew” She said with a warm flourish as she trotted off.

Mal looked back at Ben who with grinning, “It is so, so, so good to finally me... meet you all.” He said faltering slightly at their blank faces. “This is a momentous occasion, and one that I hope will go down in history...Is that chocolate?” He paused drooling a little at the chocolate around carlos mouth. Carlos began to lick it off, “the day our two peoples began to heal” Ben continued.

Mal smirked and coughed, “Or the day you showed the four of us where the toilets are.”

Ben winced then laughed, “A little over the top?”

“Way over the top” Mal grinned laughing slightly.

“Well so much for my first impression” Ben joked. Mal offered a reassuring smile. Before Audrey stepped into his view, and Mal’s smile dissapeared.

“Hey! You're Maleficent's son, aren't you? Yeah, you know what? I totally do not blame you for your mother trying to kill my parents and stuff. Oh, my mom's Aurora. Sleeping...”

“Beauty! Yeah, I've heard the name.” Mal said kickking himself for not realising sooner. “Yeah and do you know, I do not blame your grandparents for inviting everyone in the whole kingdom but my mother to their stupid christening. Total mistake right” Mal said with a forced smile as his eyes narrowed at Audrey. “And not an act of malice in an attempt toward my mother. Etiquette like that can be so tricky.”

“Water under the bridge.” Audrey with an equally forced smile.

“Completely.” At least Mal knew where he stood with Audrey. They hated each other, hate was good. He understood that.

“Okay! So, how about a tour?” Ben said clapping his plump hands together as he started waddling off. Mal mouthed the word ‘bitch’ to Evie and nodded in Audrey’s direction. Who was giving Ben enraptured attention. “Yeah? Auradon prep, originally built over 300 years ago and converted into a high school by my father when he became king.” A statue of the king, tall decent looking, fat belly and almost as fat arse if the statue was accurate. Suddenly rippled and the bronzed metal morphed into a huge hulking fat well Beast. With the crown arkwardly sitting ontop. Carlos had jumped into Jays arms, and was hugging him shaking. “Carlos, It's okay.” Ben said reassuringly. “My father wanted his statue to morph from beast to man to remind us that anything is possible.” Carlos wasn’t so convinced.

“Does he shed much?” Mal asked stretching his crop top exposing more of his bare stomach. Mal was too busy looking at Audrey trying to get a rise out of her, to notice Ben blatantly checking him out.

“Yeah, Mom won’t let him on the couch” Ben added with a smirking smile.

“So you guys have a lot of magic here in Auradon? Like wands and things like that?” Mal asked nudging Ben playfully. His belly jiggled hypnotically.

“Yeah, it exists of course, but It's pretty much retired. Most of us here are just ordinary mortals” Ben added looking at Mal so directly.

Mal felt everything go a little blurry for a second. “Who happened to be kings and queens” his snarky mouth answered before his brain could tell it to answer something charming.

“That's true. Our royal blood goes back hundreds of years.” Audrey said clamping her hand around Ben’s fat arm as they walked into the Foyer.

“Ooh Incestuous. Dope” Jay grinned. Audrey frowned at him.

“Doug. Doug, come down.” Ben waved to a round nerdy looking boy who was at the top of the stairs in a horrendous looking band uniform. “This is Doug. He's going to help you with your class schedules and show you the rest of the dorms” Ben explained patting Doug on the shoulder. “I’ll see you later, okay? And If there is anything you need, feel free to...”

“Ask Doug” Audrey cut in. Which sounded like a threat.

“I’ll like totally remember to not do that” Mal said laughing fakely. He noticed a flicker of a smile from Ben, but maybe it was just pity.

“Hi, guys. I'm Dopey's son. As in Dopey, Doc, Bashful, Happy, Grumpy, Sleepy, and... “ he trailed off his mouth opening and closing as his eyes glazed over as he looked at Evie. “Heigh-ho” he said after a second.

“Lardy?” Jay smirked under his breath.

Mal, Jay and Carlos all smirked. “Evie. Evil queen's daughter” she said taking his hand sounding mildly pleased with herself.

“Okay. So about your classes, I, uh, put in the requirements already...” he said looking at the paperwork on his clipboard. “history of woodsmen and pirates, safety rules for the Internet, and, uh, remedial goodness 101.”

“New class. Sounds delightful” Mal muttered sarcastically. “Could you just show us the way to the dorms” Mal said taking the first piece of paper off the top.

“Oh, uh, yeah, your dorms are that way, guys.” Doug called out handing timetables to the others. The moment he thought they’d gone. “Dopey, Doc, Bashful, Happy, Grumpy, Sleepy, and....”

“Sneezy!” Carlos grinned down at him form the top of the stairs.

Chapter 2

So after their failed break in at the museum. Alright it wasn’t totally a failure. Getting in was fine, it’s more of getting out with the wand was difficult. Having said that remedial goodness was difficult, difficult was perhaps the wrong word. It was easy, but apparently nessesary as Evie, Jay and Carlos we’re struggling.

“If someone hands you a crying baby, do you, A, curse it? B, lock it in a tower? C, give it a bottle? Or D, carve out its heart? Evie?” Fairy Godmother asked with a polite smile.

Evie hesitated, “What was the second one?”

Fairy Godmother frowned. “Oh. Okay, Anyone else? Mal?”

Mal sat forward, “E. None of the above, because a babies cry can mean a lot of things, it wants food. It’s shit itself. Or it needs burping or just wants attention” Mal said a little frustrated by the simplicity. Everyone looked at Mal, including Fairy godmother. “I have a younger brother and parents who spent a lot of time fighting rather than looking after him, best babysitter for a baby is another baby apparently.” Mal said simply.

“Well yes you are correct. Although the answer is C” Fairy Godmother smiled.

“You are on Fire Mal!” Carlos grinned encouragingly.

“You just the pick the really obvious boring one” Mal sighed wearily.

“Oh” Carlos realised.

“That makes so much sense” Evie said making a note of it.

Mal saw a girl waddle in, dressed in a miniature version of Fairy Godmothers outfit, but with my frills and polka dots. “Oh...” he said an idea forming in his mind. The girl timidly stood not really wanting to come any closer.

“Oh. Hello, dear one. You need to sign off on early dismissal for the coronation.” Fairy Godmother said greeting her daughter “Everyone here remembers my daughter, Jane?” Fairy Godmother introduced.

“Mom! No!” Jane said horrified.

“It’s okay Jane” Fairy Godmother resssured. “This is everyone.”

“Ooh. We’re an everyone now” Mal smirked.

“Hi. That's okay, don't mind me. As you were.” Jane said creeping forward awkwardly as she handed the sheet of paper to her mother, Who signed it off. Jane took the paper and almost fled. Mal was half expecting a scream.

“Now. Ahem. Let's continue. You find a vial of poison. Do you, A, put it in the king's wine? B, paint it on an apple? Or C, turn it over to the proper authorities?” Fairy Godmother continued.

“Oh! Ooh!” Carlos said shooting his hand up as Jay suddenly leaned over and was trying to push him down and answer instead. Just...f..ing get off.” Carlos said voice muffled.

“Jay?” Fairy Godmother said trying to ignore the horseplay.

“C. You turn it over to the proper authorities” Jay said confidently.

“I was gonna say that” Carlos said glaring.

“But I said it first. Come here!” He said reaching for Carlos and put him in a headlock.

“Ow!” Carlos said resisting.

“Come on, who said it first? Who said it first?” Jay said messsing up Carlos head with a fist. Much to Carlos loud protests.

“Boys. Boys!” Fairy Godmother said firmly. “I am gonna encourage you to use that energy on the tourney field.”

Jay and Carlos detangled. “Oh, no. That's okay. Whatever that is, We'll... We'll pass.”

“I think perhaps that’s enough for today!” Fairy Godmother insisted.

“Mal. Are you going to consider tourney too?” Fairy godmother asked.

“No I don’t do sport” Mal said piling his books into a pile. Mal noticed Fairy Godmother was looking at his translucent mesh shirt. “What? I covered my nipples?” Mal replied tugging it up gesturing to the black tape he’d put over the top.

Fairy Godmother frowned, but didn’t say anything. As Mal and Evie walked out, “can I check notes...”

“Oh I didn’t make any” Mal winced. “But I guess I can help..”

After English, Mal followed Evie back to her locker as she put her books away. Across the corridor she saw Ben putting books in his locker, With a blonde cherubic chubby teen. Who Doug had previously explained was Chad Charming, they stood next to Audrey. “Those Kids are Trouble” Chad commented as Mal passed him. Mal squinted, kids. What was he forty.

Evie said goodbye as she and Mal air kissed. Evie’s idea, Mal did it because well. I dunno it was kind of fun. “Bye” Mal added as he headed to his locker. Out of all of them it was the only one covered in purple and green spray paint.

“Come on Chad give them a chance!” Ben replied. Mal smiled ever the optimist.

“Oh. No offense, Bennybear, but you're just too trusting.” Audrey insisted. Mal wondered what’s Ben actually saw in her, Evie’s arse and breasts were bigger. And definitely wasn’t Audrey’s personality. “Look, I know your mom fell in love with a big nasty beast who turned out to be a prince. But with my mom, the evil fairy was just the evil fairy. That boy’s mother.”

Mal wondered if it was worth bringing up the fact her grandfather cut off his mothers wings and mounted them to his wall.

“I think you're wrong about them. I'll see you later.” Ben insisted, a locker clanged shut. “Hey! Mal heard behind him.

Mal shut his locker and mustered up a smile and turned to the Tubby prince. “Hey” Mal said casually.

“So how was your first day?” Ben grinned enthusiastically.

Mal couldn’t help but noticing his enthusiasm was almost infectious.

“Just...great..” Mal said with a forced smile.

Ben nodded uncertain and patted the locker with his hand. “You should really think about taking this talent off the locker and into art class. I could, uh, sign you up. What do you think?” He said trying to sound encouraging.

Mal squinted at him. “Right. But if I do that, I can still keep my locker the way I like?” He said patting Ben on the chest and squeezing his plump bulging moob. Mal noticing Ben was staring at his outfit again. His eyes glued to his exposed tummy. Mal smiled and gently rubbed it before casually leaning against Ben’s considerable gut.

“Yes?” He offered uncertain.

“Then I guess I’ll consider it” Mal said politely. “Bye Bennyboo” Mal grinned waking away.

“Huh...yeah...Bye” Ben said watching Mal walk away. His eyes glued to Mal’s ass, practically drooling as he became visibly hard.

Mal sighed in frustration. He’d struck out with Jane and only ended up succeeding in starting up a magical Hairdressing Business. He also couldn’t sleep, he was starting to realise he was actually missing being away from Fien. He cupped his face as he stared up at the ceiling. Doug was sleeping soundly, not a snorer thankfully. He’d been reading his magic book, cover to cover to get any ideas and was pretty much coming up empty handed.

Mal sat up and sighed and left his dorm room, his pale skinny shirtless body on display. He walked down the corridor and heard the sound of someone eating. Mal passed a clock, it was past midnight or curfew. Morbidly curious time see who was eating this hour he rubbed his eyes as he wandered to the kitchen. At the metal countertop sitting his pyjamas scooping mouthfuls of ice cream into his mouth as he was reading through a pile of paper, Was Ben.

“Oh hi Bennyboo” Mal grinned amused.

Ben looked up startled like a deer in headlights. “Hey!” He said quickly swallowing the ice cream.

Mal smiled. “Hungry?” He grinned sitting down on the stool and watching Ben curiously. “You’ve got ice cream... well everywhere” he said waving a hand across Ben’s lips and double chin.

Ben licked his chin and lips like a puppy. It was sweet. “Did I get it?” He asked innocently. Mal nodded, “I sort of eat like a pig by myself.”

“Audrey must hate that” Mal commented.

“She does” Ben answered automatically. Mal laughed. “Well look, I don’t mind, Pig away” he reassured patting Ben’s thigh. It was so fat he had a sudden desire to squeeze it.

Ben smiled and scooped a spoonful of ice cream. “Sorry I didn’t get to see you guys today. Council stuff” he gestured to the pile of paperwork. “I was just wondering If you had any questions or anything... That... you needed...” Ben said staring at Mal. He seemed to do that lot, Mal was still trying to figure out if it was lust or fear.

“No. Not that I know off” Mal shrugged.

Ben nodded and scooped another mouthful of ice cream into his mouth. “Okay. All right. Well, uh, If you need anything, just, uh..”

Mal blinked, then remembered. “Oh actually there is something!” He said smiling. “So.., Um, is it true that we all get to go to your coronation?”

Ben nodded swallowing his mouthful, Mal smiling as one dripped down his chin. “Yeah. The whole school goes”

“Wow. That is totally fucking awesome” Mal said trying to be genuinely enthusiastic. “Do you think that It's a possibility that me and the other VK’s could stand in the front row next to the Fairy Godmother, just so we could soak up all that goodness? And show everyone how much we appreciate the opportunities you’ve given us” Mal said blinking innocently.

Ben shoved his spoon to the ice cream almost with frustration, not that it showed on his face. “I wish you could. Up front It's just me, my folks, and my girlfriend.”

Mal nodded. “and your girlfriend yeah. Audrey” Mal said imagining Audrey being killed in various ways.

“Yeah. I’m sorry” Ben said genuinely sympathetic.

Mal looked up and blinked, “Yeah. Cool. It’s fine...I should get to Bed...” Mal said getting up quickly. “Enjoy your feast.”

“Alright. Goodnight Mal! Sweet dreams!” Ben said warmly.

“Yeah you too.”

Chapter 3

“I’ve figured it out!” Mal declared as he sat down at the table for breakfast.

“How to get the wand?” Jay said raising an eyebrow.

“Yes. Ben’s girlfriend stands with the fairy godmother” Mal grinned. “So I’m gonna seduce him. And trap him with a baby.”

Evie squinted and tilted her head. “Is that really the simplest way you could be his boyfriend. Honestly.”

“Well What’s your suggestion” Mal said producing the spell book. Evie snatched it flipped through it and faced it to Mal.

“Love spell. Right. If you want to take the fun out of it..” Mal sighed begrudgingly.

Carlos laughed. “Can we even get ben to take it.”

“Slip it in Food he’ll eat it” Mal admitted. “Have you seen the size of him? He’ll definitely eat anything I offer him.”

Later that evening, after Carlos had found a receipe for Cookies, and Jay had picked the lock to the pantries. They’d basically mixed the batter, that had been easy, the harder bit was the love potion. “All right. It says that we still need one tear, and I never cry. So now we’re screwed. I told you Seduction would have been easier.”

“Let’s just chop some onions” Carlos suggested.

“No” Mal sighed holding up the book to Carlos. “It Says that we need one tear of human sadness. And this love potion gets the best so we have to follow it exactly.”

Jay rolled his eyes snatched the book and handed it back to Mal. “A tear is just a tear.”

“That's not true, Jay. They both have antibodies and enzymes, but an emotional tear has more protein-based hormones than a reflex tear” Evie lectured.

“Thankyou Evie” Mal said nodding. Then winced, “Fuck. I sounded like one of them...”

“Well I knew that” Jay scoffed.

“You did not” Carlos replied.

“Yeah I did!” Jay replied getting in his face.

“There you are, Mal! I was looking for you. You know, all the girls want you to do their hair!” Lonnie, Daughter of Mulan said as she walked over to them. Smiling, Also Mal had to admit her hair did look much better. “Midnight snack, huh? What are you guys making?” She asked looking down at the bowl of cookie dough.

“Nothing special. Just cookies” Mal said off handedly as she lonnie shoved a spoon in about to lick it “Oh, no, no!” He winced.

“Wait! Wait”

“What? I’m not gonna double dip?” Lonnie pointed out, before licking the spoon clean.

“Feel anything?” Evie asked curiously.

“Yeah, like maybe it might be missing something?” Mal said rubbing the back of his neck hopefully.

Jay slid over and grinned at Lonnie. “Hey there.”

“It could use some chips!” Lonnie said brightly.

“Chips?” Jay squinted confused.

“And those would happen to be?” Mal asked assuming she didn’t mean the mouldy potato kind.

“Chocolate chips. Just the most important food group!” Lonnie insisted, Mal shrugged “Wait, didn't your moms ever make you guys, like, chocolate chip cookies? Like, when you're feeling sad, and they're fresh from the oven, with a big old glass of milk, and she just makes you laugh and puts everything into perspective and...why are you all looking at me like that?” They were all staring at Lonnie, confused. Mostly as Mal personally had never experienced that.

“It's just different where we're from” Mal admitted, thinking back to the times he’d cuddle his little brother to comfort him as Fien cried himself to sleep. Because their parents were yelling at each other again.

“Yeah, I know. I just, you know, I thought. Even villains love their kids. Oh, How awful.” Lonnie admitted a tear running down her cheek. Evie leaned across and caught it on spoon and casually dropped it into the batter. Lonnie hadn’t even noticed.

“Yeah, well, big bummer, but we have to get these into the oven, so thank you so much for coming by” Mal said leading Lonnie to the door. “Really, really have a good night. I'll see you tomorrow. Evil dreams.” Mal said waving her off.

“Good night!”

Mal sighed as he turned back to his friends. “Okay, boys, cookie sheet. Evie, oven.”

“Yes sir!” Evie said with a smirk.

Mal clutched the ziplock bag with the cookie tightly. Every girl and a few guys were all desperate for Mal to give them a hair makeover. Jay who leaned over nudging her in his Torney gear. Apparently that was his thing now, sports. As long as no one made Mal play, he could do what he liked.

“Are you feeling kind of weird about this? I mean, It's not so bad here, you know” Jay said quietly, his eyes gazing the girls who had been trying to get Mal’s attention.

Mal stopped and stood in front of Jay. “Are you insane? Long live evil! You're mean! You're awful! You're bad news! Snap out of it!” Mal lectured in irritation.

“Thanks Mal I needed that” Jay grinned confidently.

Mal nodded and watched as Jay walked over and started flirting with the girls. He headed over to where he saw Ben taking with Audrey. He only caught the tail end of their conversation as he approached.

“What's the harm?” Ben said with a calming shrug.

“It's gateway magic! Sure, it starts with the hair. Next thing you know It's the lips and the legs and the clothes and then everybody looks good and then... where will I be?” Audrey said on the verge of hysterics.

Now Ben would say something loving and reassuring. Mal smirked to himself, “Listen, Audrey...” Ben said with a sigh. Putting his hands on her arms.

“I will see you at the game after my dress-fitting for the coronation, okay?” Audrey said pulling away from him.

“Okay” Ben said simply.

“Bye, Bennyboo!” Audrey said tussling her hair. Mal still wondered what anyone saw in her.

“Bye” Ben replied tiredly, as she walked away in a mild frustration.

“Hey Bigboy!” Mal grinned leaning against the lockers.

“Hey!” Ben said with an instant smile. Mal could sense something on the edge with the way he left it with Audrey. But that wasn’t Mal’s problem.

“I just made a batch of cookies. Double chocolate chip, do you want one?” Mal said offering the zip lock bag infront of his face. Ben’s stomach rumbled loudly, almost as much as a thunderstorm.

“Oh, I, uh, I've got a big game. I don't eat before a big game. But thank you so, so much. Thank you. Next time. Next time” He insisted genuinely. His tummy which was threatening to spill out of his torney kit loudly rumbled.

“No, yeah. I get it. Totally get it. ‘Be careful of treats offered by kids of villains’.” Mal said patting the side of his belly coldly. He hid how nice it felt to touch.

“No! No! No!” Ben said horrified as he worried he might of offended Mal.

“No, I'm sure every kid in Auradon knows that. From birth probably. Honestly it’s fine.”

“No, that's not it. No, no, no, I... I really do...” Ben insisted ernestly, but Mal needed to bait him just a bit more.

“Look, Ben. I get it. You're cautious. Thats fine, very smart. Well, look more for me, I guess” Mal dismissed opening the bag.

“No, no.” He said reaching in and grabbing the cookie and taking a big bite, “Hey... see that? Totally trust you. Totally” He grinned as he scoffed the rest of the cookie.

Mal smiled at him, “How are they?” He asked touching Ben’s round fat belly again.

“They're good. They're great! They're amazing! They're, uh... I mean, they're chewy and, and you know, they... is that walnuts? I love walnuts. I mean, uh, you know, the... The chocolate... The... the chocolate... The chocolate chips are... I'm sorry. Um... Uh, they're... They're warm and soft. And they're sweet... Mal, have you always had such round eyes...” Ben said as daze blew over him, like the sea rolling in. Mal kept rubbing his belly and he smiled wide and boyish, if he didn’t know any better he was sure Ben had an erection.

‘That was some love potion’ Mal thought impressed.

“How you feeling, Bro?” Jay asked patting Ben’s shoulders.

Ben just beamed, as Jay looked down at Mal who’s hands were still planted on his gut. Mal snatched them away shifting arkwardly. “I feel... I feel... I feel like... Like singing your name. Mal, Mal.” Ben declared with a sweet dopey grin. It almost made Mal feel bad. Almost.

Mal felt his legs seize up in horror the moment Ben reached for the microphone from the commentator. The sweet, tubby, sweating Prince was going to say something. And Mal felt a knot suddenly take hold in his stomach. “Excuse me. Excuse me. Can I have your attention, please? There's something I'd like to say.” He declared standing on a platform. “Give me an "M"!” He yelled into the microphone.

“M!” The crowd cheered back.

“Give me an ‘A’!” Ben yelled.

“A!” Mal felt his toes curl up in his shoes.

“Give me an ‘l’!” Ben said with a grin.

“L!” The crowd cheered back.

“What does that spell!” Ben called out placing a hand to his ear.

“Mal!” The crowd yelled. Mal winced, everyone around them was looking at him.

“Welp..” Mal muttered, in horror.

“Come on I can’t hear you!” Ben encouraged. Clearly wanting to the crowd to roar.

“Mal!” The crowd roared.

“I love you, Mal! Did I mention that?” Ben declared.

Mal noticed the horrified look on Audrey’s face and smiled, as she ran off to her friends in realisation.

“Give me a beat!” Ben said nodding at Doug. “Whoo!”

“Uno, dos, tres, quatro!” Doug said as the marching band started up. The song whatever it was catchy.

“Oh my God! Cookie!” Evie cackled as she grabbed Mal’s arm.

“What was in the cookie!” Mal said mortified. As Ben began singing, singing well not that was important. But singing a love song. Mal also had to admit he could dance for someone that tubby, so could a lot of the Tourney Players. It didn’t help that Jay and Carlos were encouraging this song, even dancing with him. As he sang and danced, the footballers and the mascots encouraging him as they led him up to the stands and stood sweating infront of Mal. His bulging sweaty gut that had bulged out the bottom of his Torney gear. pressing against Mal’s taut midriff.

“I love you Mal. Did I mention that?” Ben said grinning his sweaty palm on Mal’s back.

“Chad's my boyfriend now! And I'm going to the coronation with him. So I don't need your pity date.” Audrey called out from the bottom of the stands.

“Woah!” The crowd went in surprise.

Ben was still staring at Mal. Smiling, something about Ben’s expression was almost hypnotising to Mal. “Mal! Will you go to the coronation with me?” Ben said kneeling and pulling off his class ring, offering it to her.

“Yes!” Mal said suddenly, as his brain nudged to life.

“He said yes!” Ben bellowed with a wide grin, pulling Mal against him. He smelt like sweat and dirt. And Mal found it more than a little hot.

“Let's go, Ben. The whole team's waiting for you!” Jay called out.

“Yeah” Ben nodded grinning at Mal. Almost like he wanted to kiss him.

“Bye” Mal encouraged straightening, and imagining Audrey dying in vicious ways to cure his erection.

“What a victory. What a day for the Auradon knights, finally winning back the trophy after so many years.” The announcer said as Jay handed him back his microphone.

“I feel really sorry for Audrey” Mal finally admitted looking at Evie.

“You do?” She blinked looking at Mal suspiciously.

“Yeah. I feel like if she were talented like you, and she knew how to sew a tonne of beauty tips, that she wouldn't need a prince to make her feel better about herself. Ben, he was like an accessory to her” Mal said with a confusing mix of sadness and distaste as they walked down the stands heading back towards Auradon Prep.

“I guess I am kind of talented” Evie admitted smiling at Mal.

“Insanely Gifted” Mal agreed.

“Thanks Mal!” Evie smiled back as they hugged.

“Let your mind be free’d from the shackles of society. And use your canvas to create” Mrs Callaghan said Airily.

Mal almost rolled his eyes so hard they dissapeared into his head. He let the mask which was covering his mouth, Damn Auradon safety rules. He pressed his finger down onto the spray paint can. And the jet of purple hit his canvas as he started paining an arc of colour. A purple dragon began to take shape against a reddish twilight, he was if nothing predictable.

“Very passionate Mal. But is there something more there?” Mrs Callaghan encouraged passionately.

Mal considered and his hand hovered over the cans of spray pain and he grabbed electric blue. Soon a blue fire was hanging in the sky. The dragons orange fire trying to burn it.

The Lunch bell started to ring. “That’s enough for today. Have a happy friday!” Mrs Callaghan said. “Remember to put your canvas on the rack. Mal if you’d like to continue into lunch your welcome too.”

“Thanks” Mal said, his stomach churned. He still wasn’t used to saying nice things. With everyone out of the classroom, he switched on the radio, he was a sucker for pop. But that’s because Rock always put him in a bad mood. He turned back to the canvas, actually to finish this he needed to be in a bad mood. The heavy electric guitar filled the room with its violent riffs as Mal added colour and green to the painting by Mal.

The music suddenly switched off, “Hi Mal!” Ben said loudly. It almost made Mal Jump, he turned and caught his breath the tubby Prince was smiling at him expectantly.

“Hi yourself” Mal said taking the mask off and trying to act casual. Ben stepped forward and pulled him into a hug against his belly, which Mal noted felt bloated already.

“I missed you” Ben said holding him, like if he stopped holding him. Mal would dissapear from the universe.

“I did too” Mal lied, except somehow it came out as genuine. Did he actually miss the greedy Prince, that was new.

“So tomorrow is Saturday” Ben said as he pressed his chins into Mal’s neck as they cuddled.

“Uh huh..” Mal said as Ben’s soft arms held him tight. He was strong and cuddly.

“I was thinking I would take you on a date!” Ben said grinning. “Somewhere nice, just the two of us”

Mal’s jaw fell open, just the two of them. Alone. Spending time together. Taking. Mal felt himself getting stomach cramps, his heart beating fast.

“So?” Ben said waiting for an answer.

“Sure!” Mal said his brain screaming, what are you doing.

Ben grinned and whirled Mal around time face him. “Can’t wait Mal. You’ll love it. I promise!”

“Okay” Mal nodded, struggling to even work properly.

Ben grinned and saw Mal’s canvas. “You painted this?!” He stared impressed.

“Yeah” Mal nodded, wishing he’d hidden it or something.

“I assume the Dragon is your Mum? Or you maybe. But then who’s the blue fire..” Ben said looking at it, trying to understand it.

“It’s Just a painting” Mal lied quickly his heart thumping. Ben turned back to Mal smiled at him reassuringly, and squeezed Mal tight.

“I’ll see you later Mal” Ben grinned practically walking on air.

“Bye” Mal said a little panicked. As he stuffed his canvas onto the drying rack and left the cans of Paint in the tray. He just had to find Evie. Like yesterday, he said his mind scrambling in a panic.

Mal had been searching every inch of the school, even Evie’s dorm room. Eventually he found her sitting outside at a table with Doug. Mal smiled, Doug was sweet, tubby and even talked about Evie in his sleep. Somehow Evie still couldn’t see it. “There you are! I have been looking for you literally everywhere!” Mal declared in a panic.

Doug and Evie looked at him. Mal noticed Evie’s test, she’d gotten a B+. “What’s wrong?” Evie said reaching for Mal’s hand, Doug’s face furrowed.

“Ben just asked me out on...a date..” Mal answered panicked.

Doug relaxed, and grinned. “Nice” he said approvingly.

Evie stood up and nodded firmly, “We can handle this. Bye!” She said waving to Doug, as she put a protective arm around Mal.

“Bye” he grinned back.

“You're looking a little pale.” Evie said.

“I’m always pale.”

“I can fix that. With a bit of gloss and Blush” Evie said smiling at him.

Mal shook his head fervently. “No!”

“Come on Mal! I can use the...”

“No! No! No!” Mal said in horror as he started off back towards the Dorms. He then stopped, “Fine just don’t overdo it. I don’t want to look like Ursula.”

Mal sat on the end of Evie’s bed. He felt like a doll. Since telling her about the date she’d made him an outfit from scratch. A lavender patterned shirt and a pair black jeans with patches of purple dyed into them. After that she had started on makeup. The foundation and now Evie was coming towards him with a compact of blush. “Easy on the blush. I want look human” Mal insisted. “So don’t over do it. I really don’t need to scare him off, not that I actually could mind. But it’s the point.”

“Mal your babbling” Evie said firmly. “Now My mom taught me how to apply blush before I could talk. Always use upward strokes” She said as she applied blush to his pale face.

“My mom was never really big on makeup tips. I never had a sister and Fien’s opinion on makeup is about as useful as his thoughts on descaling a dragon” Mal commented melancholic.

“Well, now you do. We're going to need all the family we can get If we don't pull this off. My mother's not a barrel of laughs when she doesn't get her way. Just ask Snow White” Evie said as she clicked the compact shut and servayed Mal’s face approvingly.

“Are you afraid of her?” Mal asked honestly.

“Sometimes. Are you afraid your Mom?”

Mal considered, “I just really want her to be proud of me. She’s never been proud of me, because I think she wanted a girl. I’m inferior to her. And...She just gets so fucking angry with me when I disappoint her. And sh... yeah, she's my mom, so I know she loves me and Fien... In her own way.” Mal said with a sigh.

Evie nodded, Mal could tell she was keeping her opinion to herself. “Moving on. Come see” She said tugging him up to the mirror.

Mal groaned and dragged his feet. “Are we done?”

“Yeah” Evie grinned as Mal looked at himself in the mirror.

“Oh” Mal said staring. He looked different, he felt almost like he fitted in. Like he’d grown up in Auradon, like he hadn’t needed a Potion to win Ben’s heart.

“I know” Evie said pleased with herself, as she fixed Mal’s collar.

“I look.”

“Say it” Evie smiled encouragingly.

“Not Hideous. Like at all”

“Not even close” Evie agreed. There was a knock on the door and Evie walked over and opened it. “Hi Ben” She smiled letting him in.

Mal turned and bit his lip nervously. Ben just stared at Mal. “For the first time, I understand the difference between pretty and beautiful.” He smiled his hands clutching a helmet. “hope you like bikes” he grinned. Mal nodded uncertainly unsure if he’d like any of this.

Ben had procured two bikes and they rode through the mountains leisurely. Mal kept looking over at Ben to see if he had to slow down, but his meaty thighs just pumped away. “You okay?” Ben asked.

“A...little...tired” Mal admitted struggling. Ben grinned and pointed. “Just there. We’ll go the rest on foot” he said pointing to a small dirt path off the road.

They skidded and came to a halt, Ben Climbed off and grabbed the picnic basket he’d strapped to the back. He opened it up and checked the contents and smiled offering a hand to Mal. “Come on..” Ben smiled.

Mal clutched Ben’s hand tightly, as he led him down the path. It was quiet other than the sounds of birds, he could hear water trickling as they came across a long rope bridge. Mal felt his hand clutch tighter, as they walked across, he desperately tried not to look down. “Tell me something about yourself that you've never told anyone?” Ben asked casually as he looked at Mal and back ahead.

“Uhh. Right. My Middle name is Barnabas” Mal replied.

“Barnabas?” Ben squinted incredulously.

Mal nodded. “Yeah. Barnabas. Just my mom doing what she does best. Being a really really evil. Malice Barnabas. Doesn’t even flow” Mal sighed.

“Mine’s Florian” Ben smiled nudging him playfully.

“Florian?”

“Yeah, After my uncle.”

“How very pretentious. I think’s that’s almost worse” Mal said wincing in surprise as they walked down a path that went down a sharp incline.

“I mean, you know, It's better than Barnabas.” Ben grinned, as he clapped his hands over Mal’s eyes. “But it's still not... watch your foot” he said as he led her down. “Yeah. Are you good?”

“Mm-Hmm” Mal nodded, not that he could see.

“Now, step up. There you go. You ready?” Ben said stepping up onto a marble platform, with collumns dotted around, one of them fallen over, and another into the water.

“Mhmm” Mal nodded smiling.

“Open go on” Ben grinned pulling his hands away. Mal opened her eyes, the small little platform was on the edge of a small lagoon. It was quite beautiful. Added to that there was small picnic blanket and the basket.

“Wow” Mal admitted sitting down on the blanket. Ben leaned into the basket and was pulling food out, he lifted out a paper bag. He held it open, inside was round powered sugar things. “Err..”

“Go on. I promise they’re not going to put you into a deep sleep” Ben joked.

Mal smiled and took a bite, unaware the jelly had spurted down his chin. “Mmm.”

“Is this your first time?” Ben asked watching Mal earnestly. As he swallowed one of the sugar things while.

“Uhhmm...We don't really date much on the island. It's more just.....sex you know” Mal explained after finishing the sugary baked treat off.

Ben blinked, slightly startled that Mal wasn’t a virgin. “Um, I meant, is this your first time eating a jelly donut?”

“Oh” Mal said wincing. “It’s bad right?”

“You got a...” he gestured to his chin. Mal reached and missed. “Just a...” he encouraged, before smiling and licking his all around his mouth “I mean, yeah, do this.”

“Mm-hmm. Gone?” Mal chuckled. “I guess I’m just as piggy as you.”

Ben smiled at him.

“You know, I've done all the talking. Your turn.” Ben smiled leaning back relaxing, “I really don't know that much about you. Tell me something?” He asked warmly.

Mal considered. “Well” he hesitated, trying to decide what wouldn’t scare him off.

“Well, I'm 16. I’ve got a younger brother Fien. And I've only ever lived in one place”

“Me, too. we have so much in common already” Ben smiled enthusiastically, his hand reaching out for Mal’s. “Except the younger brother thing”

Mal pressed his hand into his lap, “No. Trust me, we do not. And now fuck your gonna be king!” Mal said feeling that whatever they were, wouldn’t be real outside the spell.

“Yeah” Ben nodded looking conflicted.

“What?” Mal blinked confused, “doesn’t everyone want to be king?”

“A Crown doesn’t make you a king” Ben explained simply.

Mal tilted his head and looked at him. “Well it kind of does. That’s sort of the point isn’t it?”

“No, it...” Ben said trying to figure out the best way to explain his point. “Your mother is mistress of evil and I've got the poster parents for goodness. But we're not automatically like them. We get to choose who we're gonna be. And right now, I can look into your eyes and I can tell you're not evil. I can see it” he said leaning close. Then got up and threw off his shirt with impressive speed, revealing his fat bulging gut. “Come on. Let's go for a swim!” He said grabbing Mal’s hand.

“Wait. What? Right now? Like Water swim?” Mal said his face looking a picture of horror.

“Yeah right now” Ben grinned tugging her arm.

“I think I'm just gonna stay here” Mal said looking at Ben uncertain.

“No, no, no. Come on!” He grinned grabbing Mal’s arm and trying to pull him up. Mal smirked a little watching Ben’s belly jiggle.

“I think I'm gonna stay behind and try a strawberry. I've literally never tried a strawberry before.” He said picking up a chocolate coated one and biting it enthusiastically. “Mm! Mm!” He said nodding smiling.

“Don’t eat all of them!” Ben said worried, obviously wanting some too. Then his eyes flickered to Mal’s stomach. “Or do!”

“Okay” Mal smiled, as Ben sat down and pulled his pants off his beefy things, revealing a pair of blue board shorts. With a pattern of gold crowns. “Are those? Little gold crowns on your shorts?” Mal said with an amused grin.

“Maybe” Ben said with a boyish grin. As he sprinted for the lagoon, and Cannonballed in Whooping.

Mal laughed and got up to avoid the splash. He watched Ben swim, his pale chubby body moving through the lagoon. He felt conflicted Ben was sweet, and he was trying. It was all starting to become a bit much. Being evil was supposed to be easy. He actually found himself singing. Trying desperately to and sense of his feelings for Ben, as he replayed their interactions in his head trying to see if he wasn’t just seeing things. If he was feeling things. If he was caring for Ben.

Suddenly Mal looked up the lagoon was empty. “Ben!” Mal called out. He ran to the edge. Staring around clutching the crumbling stone pillar. Hesitating he jumped into the water, which turned out to be the worst idea ever. As he remembered he couldn’t swim and as he tried to move he found himself sinking, “Ben!” He called splashing. Suddenly two fat wet arms tightened around him and pulled him to the surface. “Ben!” Mal coughed and spluttered and drummed his fists on Ben’s chest kicking his legs. “Ugh! You Scared me!” He said frustrated and terrified as Ben placed him down on the stone platform with a wet plop.

“You. You can’t swim?” Ben said pushing his wet hair out of his eyes and shaking his head.

“No!” Mal snapped indignantly.

“You live on an island!” Ben said as he pulled himself onto the platform. Dripping wet.

“Yes! With a whole fucking barrier around it! That’s not even mentioning most of its water is gross as. Ugh!” Mal groaned looking at wet damp outfit, even his shoes.

“And you still tried to save me?” Ben asked picking up his jacket and looking at Mal curiously.

“Yeah, and do you thank me!” Mal snapped irritably. “No. I’m just soaking fucking wet” he said kicking his legs and groaning in frustration cupping his face. His makeup was ruined too, great. This is what he got for trying.

Ben came over and placed his large letterman jacket over his shoulders. He sat down next to Mal pressing a smooth rock into Mal’s hands. “And well, this fancy rock is yours” Ben said nodding, completely uncertain. “Then you make a wish and throw it into the lake.”

Mal rolled his eyes, but indulged him. Closing his eyes tightly. He wished, he wished Ben could actually love him, for who he was. Not this stupid spelled love. He threw it, and the rather pitiful throw the stone landed with a plop and sunk to the bottom.

Ben was looking at him, Almost as if he knew what Mal had just wished. “Uh... Mal.” He said turning to him. “I told you that I loved you. What about you? Do you love me?” Ben asked his hands tightening around Mal’s.

Mal looked at him, “I....I don’t know what love feels like” Mal winced honestly, embarrassed that was even something he had to admit.

“Maybe I can teach you” Ben said reassuringly. Before leaning in and kissing Mal. Their lips meeting slowly. They were soft and wet, and gentle. When Ben pulled away he ran his fingers through Mal’s purple hair.

“That was...” Mal said a little thrown, staring at Ben.

Ben grinned, “Come on, let’s enjoy the picnic. You didn’t eat all the strawberries did you?”

“No. Just the one” Mal said standing up and walking over. Still processing the fact Ben kissed him, willingly. Then it hit him, it was the love spell. And the happiness just boiled away.

“Try one” Ben said offering one to Mal dangling it infront of him. As he lay across the blanket.

Mal nodded and took a bite, chuckling a little as he felt Ben’s hand pull him close, Mal leant up to his big warm belly and relaxed. As Ben fed another strawberry to him. “I thought you were gonna have one?”

“I did. I have to make sure your not starving. Your so slim” Ben teased as his hand patted Mal’s flat belly. “All flat. Pft. Should be plump” he grinned as he pushed a Jelly donut into Mal’s mouth before he could protest. “I want to see you wobble.”

Mal laughed and chewed it down. Ben’s arm around him was comforting, and Mal grinned as he watched him mash a whole eclair into his face. “Your so greedy” Mal grinned. “It’s so very un Royal. And so...delicious” Mal said licking the cream from Ben’s face.

Ben grinned and they started to kiss again. Mal’s hands feeling Ben’s stomach, as they kissed. By the end of the afternoon as the sun had begun to set, and Ben and Mal’s stomach were both stuffed to bursting. Ben had been making sure Mal tried everything. Which had pretty much left Mal so stuffed he could only communicate in burps and groans. A fact that seemed to make Ben smile and kiss Mal’s stomach and rub it at every chance he could. It was almost making Mal forget that all of this was Ben being under a spell. He didn’t act like this around Audrey.

Ben drove them back to Auradon prep on his motor bike, Mal cuddling up to his belly tightly. It was comforting in a way, being with Ben. Even if it was a world of lies.

Chapter 4

After the disastrous video call with their parents. The VK’s had retreated back to Carlos and Jay’s Dorm. Which apart from being messy, Definitely Jays fault. Was the only place they could talk on the Down Low. As Mal shared with Doug and Evie had a room to herself. On top of that Mal had found himself eating near constantly, he was pretty sure Ben had broken something in him and now he just couldn’t stop snacking. His stomach just needed that fullness like it was somehow maybe drawing Ben’s attention. Or it was probably the guilt and eating was distracting him. He stared At the board with photos of Fairy Godmothers Wand. And a Tourist map of the castle’s great hall that Carlos had printed. “Okay, we all know what this looks like. So it'll be up on the dais under the beast's spell jar, and we'll be coming in from here.” He said pointing to a red x. “I will be in the very front. You all will be up in the balcony. Okay. Carlos?” Mal said taking a bite from the chocolate bar he was using to point with. Not caring he had chocolate smeared on his lips.

“Okay, so I'll find our limo, so we can break the barrier, and, uh, get back on the island with the wand” Carlos said nodding firmly.

“Perfect! Evie” Mal said his mouth full goey chocolate.

“Yeah?” She asked a little uncertain as to her role.

“You will use this to take out the driver. Two sprays and he'll be out like a light” Mal explained handing Evie a perfume bottle as licked his chocolate covered fingers and started on another chocolate bar, much to Jays bewilderment.

“Okay. M? You want to break Ben's love spell?” Evie checked.

Mal stuffed in the second chocolate bar, nodding as he finished chewing. Covering his mouth as he arkwardly waited to swallow it all. “Urrrp... Yeah. You know, for After. I've just been thinking, you know, when the villains finally do invade Auradon, and begin to loot and kick everyone out of their castles and imprison their leaders and destroy all that is good and beautiful, Ben still being in love with me just seems a little extra... cruel.” Mal explained guilt visible on his face.

“M?” Evie asked worried. Mal just shook his head. He still hadn’t told them about Ben’s kiss. They didn’t need to stress about him getting feelings. He felt his pockets and frowned, and he’d run out of chocolate.

Mal just stared as Ben and the Auradon kids performed. If there was anything Mal hated he knew at that moment it was acapella. It was just so... Vapid. Still at least their was the chocolate fountain which was currently distracting Mal, Carlos and Jay. “Oh. Wa... mm” Jay said as Mal forced a strawberry into his mouth. As the song finished, and he saw Ben be led off to his parents. Mal looked over curiously, King Beast was well a beast. Tall just like Ben, with a big round barrel like belly and beefy muscular arms all in a tight blue suit. He looked like he could easily beat Gaston in a fight. Belle on the other hand in a floaty yellow dress, that billowed over her enormously curvy body. Her round belly down to her knees. Obviously where Ben got it from.

“Just here?” Beast said as he was positioned by the photographer.

“Ready?”

Ben sucked it, pulling his fat stomach in as much as possible. So he looked moderately thinner in the offical photo. “Oh, by the way, I have a new girlfriend. Well he’s a boyfriend.” Ben added quickly.

“Oh!” Beast said nodding trying to keep up. Just as focused as holding his gut in as his son.

“Yeah!” Ben grinned proudly, as he saw Mal scoffing a skewer of chocolate covered marshmallows. His cheeks puffing out as he greedily.

“Well, I never wanted to say anything, but I always thought that Audrey was a little self-absorbed. A fake smile, kind of a kiss-up.” Belle admitted patting Ben’s arm clearly glad that relationship was over.

Ben nodded, a little unsure how to take that. “Do we know your new boyfriend?” Beast asked curiously looking at Ben.

“On the count of Three. One Two...” the Photographer said drawing attenion.

“Well, sort of. Mal!” Ben called out.

Mal heard his name said goodbye to his friends and headed of in Ben’s direction.

“Three!” The photographer said as a series of Flashes went off.

“Huh?” Belle blinked stunned.

“Mal?” Ben said again waving. “Mal” he said stepping out of the photo and putting his arm around the shorter purple haired boy.

“Uhh..” Belle said realising and becoming quite uncertain about it.

“I wanna introduce you to my parents”

“Ben” Mal warned stepping back, this was a bad idea he could feel it.

“This is Mal. From the island” He said pulling Mal against his side.

“Mm” Belle said nodding slowly.

“My Boyfriend” Ben said feeling a little sick of having to point it out.

“Hi!” Belle said warmly shaking Mal’s hand.

“Hi” Mal said with a polite smile. And desperately hoping he didn’t put his foot in it. “Urrrrpppp…sorry…” Mal flushed.

“I was thinking maybe he can join us for lunch.” Ben said hopefully. “I’m trying to fatten him up a bit. He’s so skinny.”

“Of... course. Any friend of Ben's” Beast said.

“Actually. Uhh. I came with my friends. From the Isle...” Mal said feeling arkward, and also not wanting to ditch the others.

“Well, you should invite them. Because the more the merrier!” Belle encouraged with a smile. Mal could see a lot of Ben in her.

“Awesome. Right I’ll go grab them” Mal said about to walk away.

“Uh, how about a game of Croquet before lunch?” Beast said warmly. “I think I can manage that” he said patting his enormous belly.

“Huh? Oh course” Mal nodded politely, as he had absolutely zero clue about what croquet is.

“Game on” Ben grinned.

“Game on!” Beast nodded as they bumped firsts.

“Have you played before” Ben said leaning and cuddling Mal Ben’s hand gliding over his slightly bloated stomach.

“No” Mal admitted honestly.

“No? You’ll be fine” Ben resssured. “More chocolate too I think” he said kissing Mal’s cheek. “I love that your eating non stop. Fatten yourself for me.” Mal blushed, this love spell bought out an interesting side of Ben.

The day had been going well, Mal hadn’t said something stupid to Ben or his parents. For that matter neither had Carlos, Jay or Evie. But the moment Mal walked to get a glass of cola, he was stopped by an elderly lady with her dark skin and her hair done all fancy. “Hello there..”

“Hi?” Mal said with an uncertain but friendly smile.

“Now, have we met?” She asked curiously.

“Oh no. Definitely not. I’m new sort of a transfer student. Kinda” Mal said not really wanting to draw attention to himself.

“Oh yes” She nodded, clearly wanting to know more.

“Grammy!” Audrey said with her usual blend of tedious enthusiasm.

“Oh, Audrey! Give Grammy a kiss, dear” The old woman said greeting Audrey with enthusiasm. As Audrey kissed her cheek.

Mal frowned. Oh great. “Grammy?” He muttered stepping back. He didn’t need to get anymore involved. But Audrey had heard him, “Sleeping Beauty's mother.”

“Grammy, I don't think you want to be talking to this boy. Unless you feel like taking another hundred-year nap.” Audrey said bitterly. Mal had to admit, Audrey would would make a terrific VK.

“What? You! How are you here? And how have you stayed so young?” The old woman said gasping and pointing at Mal in horror.

“For one I got a mastectomy. Thought what the hell. Why not. Why not look like a boy” Mal said layering on the sarcasm thickly.

“Queen Leah, It's okay. Maleficent is still on the island. This is her Oldest son, Mal. Don't you remember my proclamation to give the new generation a chance?” Ben said putting a protective hand on Mal’s chest and a look that read ‘please don’t make this harder.’

“A chance to what, Ben? Destroy us? Come on. You remember, don't you? The poison apples. And the spells. Spells. My daughter... Was raised by fairies because of your mother's curse. So her first words, her first steps, I missed it all! You mustn't trust her” Queen Leah said ranting and looking at the fellow parents for backup.

“Look. I’m...” Mal started reaching out apologetically.

“Go away! Stay away from her!” Chad said getting his fat irriting face in Ben’s trying to wind him up.

“Don’t do this chad!” Ben said puffing his belly out and standing infront of Mal protectively.

“What? They were raised by their parents, Ben.” Chad said puffing his chest and belly out, another he was proud his belly was smaller. Even if they were about a equally muscular. “What do you think villains teach their kids? Huh? Kindness? Fair play? No way, okay? Uh-uh. You stole another girl's boyfriend.” Chad said pointing a finger at Mal.

“Hey, hey!” Ben said. As Evie, Jay and Carlos stood by Mal. Backing him up in this standoff.

“Oh. You enjoy hurting people” He said to Ben dismissively “And you, you're nothing but a gold digger and a cheater.” Chad said bitingly to Mal.

“Mirror, mirror, in my hand, who's the biggest jerk in the land?” Evie replied snarkily holding up the mirror to Chads face.

“What! Come on!” He said glaring at the mirror, like Evie had used magic.

“Back off, Chad. All right? Back off!” Jay snapped trying to get him to back away.

Chad grinned and then fainted, Mal rolled his eyes. No one could have bought that. “Chad! Chad? Chad! Evie did something to Chad!” Audrey cried out.

Mal rolled his eyes hard. “Come on Mal!” Evie said nudging him. Mal nodded and they stalked off towards the dorms.

“Guys!” Ben called sweetly and pleadingly after them.

“Jay!” Mal snapped. As carlos joined them, Dude trotting along beside them.

“I’m done Ben, Auradon has made it perfectly clear how they feel about us” Mal said bitterly. “I have nothing to prove.”

Mal sat eating in frustration. He was on his second serving of lunch, at this point he was sure this was his survival mechanism trying to eat as much as he could before they tore auradon down in flames. Ben was making an effort to sit with him in their shared classes, but frankly the battle lines had been drawn. It was all of Auradon, against Ben and the VK’s.

“Hey, guys. How is everyone?” Ben asked as he approached the table trying to smile. Trying not to look shaken, even under a spell Mal could tell this hurt him. “Yeah? Hey, listen. Forget about it. All right? It was nothing. Forget about it. Let it go. Tomorrow, after the coronation, I promise everything will be okay.” He said looking at Mal and clutching his hand tightly squeezing it. Mal pressed against his belly, it was comfortingly. “I have to go Council meeting. I'll see you guys later.” They all nodded unenthusiastically as Ben left them.

Evie looked at Mal, and they shared a dissapointed look. Doug who had been sitting with the Auradon kids approached them. “Listen, Evie, I wanna talk about earlier today. I just...”

“Doug!” Chad snapped, like Doug was some pet on a leash.

“It's my fault, Doug. I'm sorry” Evie said apologetically.

“No, It's mine” Doug said with a half smile.

“Doug! What? Chad standing up and walking half way over, Like an angry parent.

“Doug” Evie said the pain clear on her face.

“Sorry I can’t...” Doug apologised, as he walked back to the other Auradon kids. Mal reached out to comfort Evie.

“How long does he think that's gonna last? Mal is just the bad boy infatuation” Audrey’s rather loud voice drifted over. Mal’s hands gripped the table tightly.

“Yeah. I mean, he's never gonna make a villain a prince” Jane said in what had to be attempt at sucking up to Audrey.

But it was too much Mal pulled out his Magic book and moved his finger. “Beware, forswear, undo Jane's hair.” There was a scream as Jane’s hair had transformed back to its rather unfortunate state. Mal stood up and turned to the plump Auradonians. “There's a lot more where that came from.”

“Excuse me, who do you think you are?” Audrey said standing up to him.

“Do you know what” Mal said with a smile. “I actually think my Mother honestly would have much preferred to have a bitch like you as a child then me.” Mal said his eyes narrowing at her. Audrey’s mouth opened to protest in shock. “I’m not done yet you little cunt” Mal said raising his middle finger at Audrey. “I actually think my mother made a mistake cursing your mother. If anything she should have left you alone. Because then your mother would lived her happy life. Never met your father, and even better. Then you wouldn’t exist, and how much better would all her lives would be. So if anything you should thank me for the very fact you wouldn’t even exist if it wasn’t for my mother!” Mal said ranting. Audrey stood open mouthed, shocked. “Do I look like I’m kidding.” He snarled and turned back to Carlos. Evie and Jay. “You know what. I'm really looking forward to tomorrow. Let's grab that wand and blow this Popsicle stand.” Mal said. The others all stood up, Evie clutching her books against her chest. As they strutted off. They did have to finish their outfits for tomorrow after all.

“Because we’re rotten” Jay grinned.

“To the core” they all replied.

Back on the Isle in the apartment above Bargin Castle. The Parents of the VK’s were nervously sitting on the couch.

“Fien! Why isn’t the damn thing working!” Maleficent snapped at pale blonde son who was currently fiddling with the antenna.

“Because someone sold us dodgy equipment. Mother!” Fien said staring at Jafar with a venemous look.

The tv crackled with static, “you’ve got it!” The Evil Queen burbled. Fien stepped away and crossed his arms as he stood behind the Couch. Partially wondering what his brother had been doing and if other than that Odd Video call, if they’d achieved anything.

“At last, here we are, broadcasting live from the coronation where Prince Benjamin will soon be crowned king! I'm Snow White, bringing you up to the second coverage of who's the fairest of them all.” Snow White, the pale dark haired beauty said smiling out of the tv.

“‘I'm snow white.’Who are you kidding? She's definitely had work done. She’s absolutely had a boob job. She was flat as a board.” The evil Queen said dismissively as she did a rather impressive impression of her nemesis. “Look how fat she is…disgusting.”

Snow White talked briefly to a girl in pink with dark skin who had a rather haughty look, as she dissapeared off camera. “Oh, Fairy Godmother is looking radiant. But what is happening with Jane's hair? And there is Fairy Godmother's wand.” The Camera cut to the staircase and Fairy godmother could be seen waving with one hand and the wand on display in the other. Slumping behind her in a pale blue dress was presumably the ‘Jane’ Snow White had mentioned a pudgy round thing who looked a little bookish.

“I want that wand!” Maleficent snapped leaning forward her long fingers stetching out.

“Do you? Hadn’t heard?” Cruella mutteted lighting a cigarette contemptuously.

“Oh. And Here comes Ben now!” Snow White said.

Mal was sitting fiddling with his hands as he sat alongside Ben as they rode in the white coach. Evie had made a beautiful lavender suit in Velvet with pale grey accents. Fitted, although it was a little tight around Mal’s stomach, which was a new thing he was contending with, getting fat.

Ben was next to him smiling and waving brightly to the crowds of people who lined the streets trying to catch a glimpse. Handsome and Round in a blue double breasted Royal suit, it had a lot of gold piping and it bulged flatteringly around his belly.“Don't be nervous. All you have to do is sit there and look beautiful. No problem there” He offered taking Mal’s hand and smiling reassuringly.

“Thank you” Mal said smiling briefly before politely waving at the crowds again.

“Mal. Would you wear my ring?” He asked sliding the gold ring off his plump finger. Grunting with difficulty as he got it off.

“Look not now. I think it would probably just fall right off of me.” Mal said arkwardly. “I have something for you” he said as he pulled out another cookie from his pocket.

“For me?” Ben smiled broadly.

Mal nodded. “Yeah. It’s just umm for later. You know. When you start to get hungry. Some carbs to keep your strength up” Mal said.

“Always thinking” Ben grinned at him. “But I can’t wait. I’m a big Prince and I’m always hungry” he said.

“No!” Mal protested horrified as he took big greedy bites out of it.

“Mm. Mm... Mm! This is really good.” He nodded scoffing it expertly.

“Uh do you....” Mal winced leaning back a little.

“Mal?”

“Do you feel okay?”

“You bet” Ben grinned licking his fingers.

“Would you say that you're still in... that... that you have very strong feelings for me?” Mal asked diplomatically. His stomach knotted bracing for this to fall apart.

“I'm not sure. I mean, let's give the anti-love potion a few minutes to take effect” Ben replied casually.

“Yeah. Okay” Mal said slumping against the carriage, then he did a double take as it hit him. “What? What? You knew?”

“That you spelled me? Yeah. Yeah, I knew.”

Mal’s face went a deep scarlet. “I’m...I...I can explain myself” he said mortified.

“No, look, It's fine. I mean, you had a crush on me. I was with Audrey. You weren’t sure if I liked guys and you didn't trust that it could happen on its own. Am I right?” Ben said genially.

“Yes. You're so right. So, then, how long have you known?” Mal asked, not really trying to diswade his mostly correct theory.

“Since our first date. Your spell washed away in the Enchanted Lake” Ben explained with a smile.

Mal sat back shocked and confused, and a little hurt. “So then what? You've just been faking it since then?” He asked frowning.

“I havnt been faking anything” Ben smiled, as he leant in and kissed Mal on the lips. “My chubby Mal. All mine.”

They were watching the tv as the Cameras were focused on the Tubby prince as he climbed out of the coach, revealing a familiar. Purple haired teenager dressed to the nines. Fien gaped, his brother looked well Royal.

“Well if it isn’t...” The evil Queen smirked as all the Villains leant forward in confusion.

Maleficent stared with a look of admiration and confusion. “My Son. Looking like some kind of...”

“Prince!” Snow White said holding out her microphone. “Now let’s see who this handsome devil is wearing” she chuckled fakely. Mal said something but the words weren’t picked up by the microphone. “He’s wearing Evie” Snow White informed viewers, with absolutely no clue who this Evie person was.

“Evie! That’s my daughter. Evie!” The Evil Queen said enthusiastically. Fien was sure this is the first time he’d ever seen her smile.

“Yes. It’s a bespoke tailored suit by Evie of the Isle” Snow White said to the camera. As another shot of Mal walking hand in hand with the tubby Prince Ben.

“That’s my Daughter!” The evil Queen said turning to Fien, proud of Evie’s recognition.

“Oh, wow. She sewed a whole suit. Meanwhile, my son duped a prince, and he’s this close to grabbing the magic wand” Maleficent said making a tight fist as he held it up.

“Bitter, party of one. Bitter, party of one.” The Evil Queen commented to the others.

Maleficent jumped off the couch and stood next to the tv. “It's happening, people! It's happening! I say, gird your loins! Gird your loins! Villains, our revenge begins today” She declared with a grinning cackle.

Mal’s head was spinning, all this time. The kiss, the belly rubbing, the attention. That was all Ben, all Ben being Ben. Being Mal’s boyfriend. Ben’s plump hand was holding Mal’s tightly as they were led into the grand Auradon Cathedral. Tall valted ceilings, stained glass windows. The whole space which was usually filled with pews. Had an open corridor leading up to a platform. Ben’s round parents were already standing there smiling warmly.

“About the other day, I Just” he began apologetically.

“I told Ben this wasn’t going to be easy” King Beast said firmly.

“You also taught me that a king has to believe in himself. Even when it isn't easy” Ben replied confidently.

King Beast looked surprised. “I did? I...how very wise of me” He admitted.

“Ben, we are very proud of you. You keep listening to your heart” Belle smiled as she hugged him affectionately.

“Thank’s Mom.”

“Your going to make a fine King” he patted Ben on the shoulder with his large hands.

“Wish me luck” Ben grinned at Mal. As Fairy Godmother approached, Ben and Gestured for him to kneel.

“Don’t Blow it Kiddo” Maleficent grinned watching, as the Camera focused on Mal’s nervous looking face as it pulled out focusing on Fairy Godmother, Prince Ben kneeling in the foreground.

Fien leaned forward to listen, avoiding Jafar’s turban that smelt like B.O. and spices.

“Do you solemnly swear to govern the peoples of Auradon with justice and mercy as long as you shall reign?” Fairy Godmother said her words drifting melodically drifting out of the tv.

“Oh just grab the thing already!” Maleficent snapped irritably obviously fed up with what was drawing this whole procedure out.

“I do Solemnly swear.”

“Then it is my honor and my joy to bless our new king.” Fairy Godmother said taking the crown from a pillow and placing it down on Ben’s head.

Then she pulled out her wand to bless him, and then out of the crowd pushed Jane. Who ran forward and tugged the wand from her mothers hand. She staggered back, barely holding on, as its power overwhelmed her and a beam of frustrated angry light shot out high bursting through the cathedral roof and zeroing in on the biggest source of anger in the area.

The isle of the lost rocked.

“Yes!” Maleficent cackled

“Oh!” The evil Queen gasped as she stood up.

“Yes!” Jafar grinned.

“The Barrier is Broken. We’re free!” The Evil Queen cheered with Cruella.

“Fien. Septer now!” Maleficent requested, as she swept around to the balcony. Fien pulled it out, feeling it glow with power as he handed it reverently to his mother. “Soon you’ll be a king” She said with a grin to Fien, as she held her head back and cackled as she transformed into a swirl of green cloud and soared up and out of the barrier.

Fien just looked up at the hole, and hoped his mother was right.

“Child! What are you doing!” Fairy Godmother said horrified, as Jane wrestled with the wand.

“If you won't make me beautiful, I'll do it myself! Bibbidi-bobbidi-boo!” Jane screamed hysterically as explosions went off overhead.

“Take Cover!” King Beast said stepping infront of Belle and Mal protectively. Mal winced, it was now or never. He knew magic it coursed through him, and being part fairy he’d have a chance of controlling the wand better. Now or never.

Mal shot out, “Careful Mal” Belle called putting. As he grabbed the wand from Jane who struggled and let it go. It vibrated in his hands, it was so powerful.

“Mal, give me back the wand” Ben said putting his hand out.

Mal’s grip tightened around the wand, “Stand Back!”

“It’s okay” Ben resssured.

“Ben! I said stand back!” Mal said fear and concern in her eyes.

“I told you so!” Audrey commented in the front row. Mal calmly turned the wand on her and she screamed and retreated.

Up on the balcony, Mal noticed her friends running down to back Mal up. Standing alongside her.

“We have no choice, Ben! Our parents...” Mal said he didn’t realise it, but he was crying. This wasn’t supposed to be difficult.

“Your parents made their choice. Now you make yours” Ben said looking at Mal, his eyes full of hope and trust.

Mal sniffed, Ben had said he loved him. And he meant that. He had trust, and deep down, Mal did want to do good by him. “I think I want to be good!”

“You are good!” Ben said coming closer slowly.

“How do you know that?” Mal said hesitating. He was still a villain kid.

“Because. Because I'm listening to my heart” Ben reassured.

Mal smiled and nodded, “I want to listen to my heart, too. And my heart is telling me that we are not our parents. I mean, stealing things doesn't make you happy. Tourney and stuffing yourself on victory pizza with the team makes you happy.” Mal insisted looking at her Jay.

“And you,” Mal said turning to Carlos warmly “scratching dude's belly makes you happy. Who would've thought?” He turned to Evie his best friend, his rock. “And Evie... You do not have to play dumb to get a guy. You are so smart.” Mal turned back to Ben and smiled. “And I don't want to take over the world with evil. It doesn't make me happy. I want to go to school. And be with Ben. Because well, I love Ben completely.” He looked at his friends once more, “Us being friends makes me really happy. Not destroying things. I choose good, you guys.” Mal sniffed wiping his nose on his sleeve.

“I choose good too” Jay agreed stepping forward.

“I choose good” Evie smiled hearing a whoop from Doug in the audience.

“So, just to be clear, we don't have to be worried about how really mad our parents will be? Because they're gonna be really, really mad” Carlos said chuckling nervously.

“Your parents can’t reach you here” Ben ressurred.

“Okay, then. Good” Carlos nodded.

“Come on” Mal said beckoning him over. The group hugged, Mal still clutching the wand tightly. He’d give it back now. He would.

Then out of the same hole in the cathedral roof that Jane had blasted early, came the torrent of green smoke that formed into a person. A short person with dark black horns. “I’m back!” Maleficent declared waving her staff.

“It can’t be!” Mal stared. He shoved the wand between his teeth and pulled off one of his heeled boots, and threw it at his mother. “Go away Mother!” Mal snapped irritably. Hoping the shoe would pass through her.

It didn’t Maleficent caught it deftly and threw it over her shoulder. As she stood there between King Beast, Queen Belle and Fairy Godmother. “He's funny. Oh!” Maleficent laughed gesturing to his son as she acted genial to the shock of Ben’s parents and the fairy godmother. “you're very funny. Here. Wand me. Chop chop” Maleficent said turning to Mal and gesturing for the wand.

Mal hesitated and threw the wand to fairy godmother.

“No!” Maleficent screamed as it flew through the air.

Fairy godmother caught it and began to cast “Bibbidi-bobbidi”

“Boo. Psych.” Cackled Maleficent as she stamped her staff, and everyone froze, with a green flash. All unmoving stuck like statues, Ben protecting his mother. Beast ready to unleash all frozen in place, not even blinking it was Eerie. Everyone except the VK’s who stood frustrated and unsure what to do next.

“Ohh Ooh. Ooh, in another time, in another time.” Maleficent commented as she blatantly checked out King Beast even trying on his glasses, much to Mal’s unimpressed face. Maleficent hummed singing to herself and stepped over to Fariy Godmother. She grabbed the wand from her grasp and played with it playfully “Oh, no. Someone needs to pluck their nose hairs” she said using the wand to examine Fairy Godmothers nostrils. “Where shall we begin? I know. Why don't we start by getting rid of this?” Maleficent waving the wand and Ben’s class ring flew off Mal’s finger and landed on her long talons. “Perfect fit!” She chuckled. “Oh, excuse me. Pardon me. Excuse me. The horns, the horns!” She said purposely making a great show it as she climbed under Fairy Godmothers outstretched arms. Like Maleficent wasn’t some great villain who practically had everyone in the cathedral at her mercy “Falling in love is weak. And ridiculous. It's not what you want” She said as he grabbed Ben’s pudgy round face. “And always with the fat ones, Harry and now this one. Honestly” She said shaking her head with derision. “He looks even greedier than the last.”

Mal felt his stomach tighten, if she even hurt him. “You don't know what I want! Mom, have you ever once asked me what I want? Fun fact i’m not you!” Mal said almost crying with frustration. It was always the same fight.

“Oh, obviously. I've had years and years and years and Years of practice being evil. You'll get there” She said with a threatening smile, as usual she didn’t care what Mal wanted. Nothing ever changed.

“No, I will not. And I really wish that you had never gotten there yourself. Love is not weak or ridiculous. It's actually really amazing” Mal said smiling as he looked at Ben. His Ben, sweet, tubby and protective.

“I know one thing, young man. You have no room for love in your life! Look at him, he’s huge. What do they feed them? Well one look at his parents suggests pure lard” She said prodding Ben’s belly and sticking her finger in the gap where a button had burst off.

Mal frustrated and irritated, held out her hand. “And now I command, wand to my hand!” The wand glowed with gold particles surrounding it as it flew right into Mal’s hand “Ha! It worked!”

“I hardly think so. Frankly, this is tedious and very immature. Give me the wand. Give me the wand!” Maleficent insisted becoming irritated as she shot out her hand. “I would never have had this problem if I sent your brother. You’ve always been the soft one.”

“Hold on, Mal. Maybe good really is more powerful than evil” Carlos said grabbing Mal’s arm supportively.

“Oh, please! You're killing me!” Maleficent groaned in frustration. Suddenly at the moment a brown furry fuzzy Dude ran and launched itself at Maleficent who grabbed it as tried to scratch at Maleficent with its tiny claws. “Arf! Oh! Oh, the breath! The breath! Get off me!” She groaned struggling with it until she finally threw it off.

Jay ran forward and caught Dude and launched himself at Maleficent, who tapped her staff and Jay’s body froze.

“Gaston should be jealous” Maleficent said squeezing Jay’s biceps distracted. She tapped her staff again and Jay was thrown backwards. “Enough! You all will regret this!” Maleficent declared dramatically. As she hunched forward her body transforming into green must that began to get larger and larger.

Mal suddenly gulped, he’d heard about Maleficent’s dragon form. After all he grew up on the story. But he’d never actually seen it. Soon stretching its huge scaly purple wings that stretched the width of the cathedral. Was a huge thirty foot dragon. “Oh for fucks sake” Mal swore staggering back.

“Come on jay run!” Carlos called out. As Jay jumped into the crowd, sprinting and manuvering as he threw himself behind one of the stone pillars as the dragon went after him.

Mal, Evie and Carlos could only watch in horror. As Maleficent focused all her efforts on destroying or at least maiming Jay. Swooping and sending blasts of fire in his direction. Mal kept expecting to see student or random civilians on fire like Roman candles, unaware due to being frozen. Thankfully none of them were. “Jay. Come on please, Jay! Jay!” Mal begged, as he weaved over time where Evie, Mal and Jay had been retreating down the carpet. Maleficent’s head turned and swooped down flying towards them.

“Magic mirror, show your bright light!” Evie said holding her mirror out, a beam of sunlight shon out. Evie directed the mirror up to Maleficent’s dragon eyes, and the dragon winced and knocked into a stone pillar causing the whole cathedral to shake.

“Behind me, E!” Mal said stepping forward “Leave my friends alone!” He yelled at the dragon, his voice cracking as he did. This is between you and me, mother.” The dragon hovered in the air it’s open mouth snapping shut as it glared at him. Mal’s brain clicked into gear, his brain thinking of anything and then remembered a spell from one of the spell books he’d researched. “The strength of evil is good as none, when stands before four hearts as one” he called out, he stretched his arms back. And felt Evie and Carlos take his hands, Jay placing his firm hands on Mal’s on the shoulder. “The strength of evil is good as none, when stands before four hearts as one.” Mal repeated his eyes glowing green, as he glared at his mother. He wouldn’t falter this time, “The strength of evil is good as none, when stands before four hearts as one!” He said glaring staring down the dragon, his mother. Maybe it was the magic wand clutched tightly in his hand, but he felt his will taking control reaching into Maleficent’s mind. Then almost as he did the dragon dissapeared and the room filled with smoke that just as quickly dissaperated.

They all ran forward as Fairy godmother came back to life. “Oh!” She said bewildered. While everyone else remained frozen.

“What just happened?” Evie asked as she held her dress up so it didn’t drag as she ran.

“Absolutely No clue” Mal replied. As they stopped short of a small purple gecko that was sat still alive on the carpet.

“Did you do it?” Evie queried confused.

“I don’t know” Mal said slowly. Confused as truthfully, she didn’t know what the spell did.

Fairy Godmother kneeled opposite Mal. The little lizard between them. “No, no, no, no. Your mother did. She shrank to the size of the love in her heart. That's why It's so itty-bitty.” She explained reaching to touch the lizard and thinking better of it.

“Is she going to be like that forever?” Mal asked frowning?”

“Well, forever is a long time. You learned to love. So can she” Fairy Godmother offered smiling warmly.

“I believe this belongs to you” Mal sniffed handing Fairy Godmother the wand.

“And I believe this, Belongs to you” Fairygodmother said holding up Ben’s ring and handing it to Mal. “You all have earned yourselves an "a" in goodness class.” She declared as she stood up. Mal and the others couldn’t help but cheer. “Bibbidi-bobbidi-boo!” Fairy Godmother said waving her wand.

There was a gasp as everyone came to life, Ben roared and launched himself forward. Mal chuckled and pressed his hands to Ben’s chest as he stopped him, “okay, okay! Oh!” He said trying not to laugh. “We kind of got this all wrapped up here” Mal said looking back at the VK’s.

Belle also was checking on King Beast who’s been about to do the same thing “Oh... Yeah, let's go” Beast blinked, feeling a little awkward, as Belle fussed.

“Next time. I rescue you okay?” Ben insisted as he put an arm around Mal.

“Well I’d rather there not be a next time, okay?” Mal said with wry smile. “Hey. I’ll be right back.

“I love you. But your on a major Time-Out” Fairy Godmother said starting to chastise Jane.

“Don't be too hard on Jane. I was the one who put all that crazy stuff in her head. You are beautiful, Inside and out. Your mom got that right” Mal said honestly. “And if you want I can help you put hair extensions in. The old fashioned way obviously” Mal added quickly.

“Thanks. I guess I did get pretty lucky in the mother department” Jane said with a hesitant smile.

“I guess so” Mal agreed, a little jealous. Mal turned and watched as the guards were hesitantly picking up the Maleficent lizard. “Hey!” Mal was sure she almost heard a tiny squeak of help. “Careful that’s my mom” Mal insisted semi worried.

“Come on!” Jay grinned. “Well. Let’s get this party started!”

“Ohayohay,” everyone called out enthusiastically, ready to party.

Mal pressed against Ben, as his arms cuddled Mal tightly.

“So is it true you love me” Ben asked his lips hovering close to Mal’s ear.

“I did say that didn’t I” Mal grinned turning up to him. “Well I think. Wait. I know, I love you” Mal said grinning.

Ben cupped Mal’s cheeks and they kissed, warmly. “Also I’ve definitely noticed this” he said his hand pressing into Mal’s stomach. “Someone’s becoming an Auradon kid.”

“What’s that meant to mean?” Mal laughed, leaning against the barrier.

Ben pressed his belly against Mal and put his full weight against Mal. “I’m enjoying thicker greedier you. Just like you enjoy me” Ben said pulling Mal’s face against his chest.

Mal let his hands stroke Ben’s round middle especially as it pulled his jacket tight. He did like Mal’s belly, it was comforting and well he enjoyed Ben’s gluttonous streak. “I do enjoy your thickness.”

Ben kissed Mal, an erection stirring in Mal’s pant’s. Ben raised an eyebrow at Mal. “What’s that?” He said with a smirk.

“I’m enjoying your company” Mal replied casually.

“Really?” Ben leaned back and pressed his crotch against Mal. “So am I.”

“Get a room!” Chad coughed as he passed them.

“Jealous Chadikins” Mal mocked with a playful smirk.

“Let me get you a drink” Ben smiled nudging Mal. Mal nodded and relaxed turning and watching the fireworks. Evie leaned next to him, “so.”

“Yes? Oh. Yeah....I didn’t mention that did I” Mal winced.

“He kissed you” Evie said annoyed Mal hadn’t told her.

“I thought he was still under the spell. Which although it turns out he wasn’t. Because there’s an enchanted lake that negates magic. So he meant to kiss me, but I didn’t know that” Mal said pouting.

Evie chuckled, “So your dating the King. Are you gonna you know..”

“Well. I mean I’ve done it before with Harry a tonne, but everyone in Auradon is super prudish.”

“Prudish?” Ben asked raising an eyebrow.

“Mal’s not sure if your ready to have sex yet” Evie explained. Ben’s mouth fell open and Mal went bright red.

“Evie!” Mal said whacking her arm.

“You’ll thank me tomorrow” she said winking at Ben.

“So at the lake, you weren’t kidding about not being a virgin...” Ben stammered.

“No. Is that...bad?” Mal hesitated.

“No!” Ben said shaking his head fervently. “I mean I trust you. And I like you...”

“Wait. You want to now?” Mal asked knowing he wasn’t exactly groomed down there.

“Yeah. Not this second, but later tonight” Ben said his hands shaking the drinks were starting to spill.

“Oh. Okay...” Mal said taking the glass from him. “Well look I’m up for it. But look Ben your a King and well...”

“Then it’s my royal command” Ben said stepping forward.

“okay. Clearly this is a thing, alright I’m okay with it. I’ll take the lead show you how to do it”

“I know how sex works” Ben said rolling his eyes.

Mal nodded, “I’m not saying you don’t but. On the isle...” Mal trailed off, as he realised people were staring. “Alright let’s talk somewhere private.”

“I do know how sex works” Ben said indignant as Mal led him down the stairs to a dark part of the castle gardens. Mal sat down a stone bench, A tall rose hedge blocking the view of the castle.

Mal patted the bench. “I’m not saying you don’t. Sit” he instructed. Ben sat. “I’m happy to have sex with you. But, and the But is important I want to clear things up first.”

“Ok” Ben said nodding, that was reasonable.

“First. My ex, well he was big, almost as big as you, maybe a little bigger actually. Anyway the point is he was very lazy. He sort of just lay there and I did most of it” Mal said making a face. “You have to be active” Mal insisted.

Ben nodded understanding.

“Second. Birth Control, The pull out method. Before you cum you pull out. Easy.”

Ben blinked. “Don’t you use condoms?” He asked placing his hand on Mal’s leg.

“Ben I’m from the isle. The only kind of condoms we have are used ones. And I’m not touching them. I’d rather get pregnant.”

Ben laughed and nodded, “it’d suit you.”

“Thankyou” Mal laughed and smiled. “Third, I like it rough. Not bleeding or anything insane. But I like someone who’s passionate.”

Ben nodded. “First. I’m glad you said no condoms, because I think I’m too big for them and I’m king. We have to start making heirs at some point” Ben grinned, Mal’s mouth fell open. “Second, i want you beneath me, pinned by my gut. After we’ve been pigging out, because I think that’s hot” Mal nodded, aware he was tenting. “Third. I want you to move in with me.”

“What?” Mal blinked.

“I mostly live here. But I have a Dorm at Auradon prep, to have privacy. Anyway, i want you to stay there. Then I can have you when I want” Ben said with a flirty look in his eye.

“Oh yeah?” Mal asked biting his lip.

“Big yeah” Ben said beaming. He leant over and tugged up Mal’s shirt revealing his pale shirt. “And I have a Royal Decree. My first as King.”

“Yeah? Go on?” Mal scoffed.

Ben placed his pudgy hand on Mal’s small mound of a stomach. “Eat. From now on Mal of the Isle has to eat and get Fat for the king.”

“What about you?” Mal asked. Ben undid his buttons, and his fat round belly spilled out.

“And let you have all the fun. No way” Ben said wobbling his gut. It gurgled hungrily, “I had them send food up to my room. So I’m ready when you are.”

Mal chuckled and felt Ben’s belly. “So Ready.” He replied as they kissed. The two of them beginning to Make out passionately, under the starlit sky.
