Christmas Capers
"We do realize that I am probably the world's ugliest drag queen, right?" Heath stares in the mirror, adjusting the wig. "Also, whose brilliant idea was this?"
"Bo. He said that if you wanted to give Rhyno the best Christmas gift ever, we had to figure out a way to get you undercover. What better way than this Christmas talent show?" Curtis Axel hands Heath a paper bag. "When I got Bayley to agree to do your makeup, she came up with this."
Heath closes his eyes, trying to ignore the slight throbbing in his temple. He should have known asking Curtis to help him with Rhyno was a bad idea.
Curtis would inevitably listen to Bo who would come with the craziest scheme possible. Heath's usually smart enough to not listen but he's been desperate for a plan.
Carefully, Heath unfolds the top of the paper bag and glances inside. As he inspects each article of clothing, he blanches, folds the top back down and hands it back to Curtis.
"No, no, no. This is officially the worst idea ever." Heath winces. "I cannot wear Bayley's ring gear to lip sync Mariah Carey. No." He crosses his arms over his chest.
"I promise you this will work." Curtis hands the bag back. "Now, come on and do it. She'll be here soon to help fix your face."
Heath silently curses under his breath as he figures out how to fit into each piece of clothing. He can't help but think that he looks weird. Not only that but there's no possible way that Rhyno won't be able to recognize him.
