Chapter 1

After Today

James Potter’s eyes were glazing over. The longer he stared at his transfiguration textbook the less it made sense. They’d only started back a week ago, and he already felt behind.

“Nope. Can’t do it. My brain is melting” James said clapping the book shut.

Remus who was sitting beside him chuckled. “It’s been five minutes.”

“Five minutes too long. I just don’t get it” James insisted. “Where’s Sirius he was always loads better at this?” James said looking around.

“Dunno, he said he had plans” Remus replied breaking a corner of the chocolate bar and placed it in his mouth. Chewing.

“The amount of chocolate you eat. It already gives you spots. A tummy will be next” James pointed out.

“I’m pretty sure my condition means that won’t happen” Remus replied eyes narrowing at James. “I think.”

“Speaking of tummies” Sniggered Peter Pettigrew from behind a book. As he glanced over to the portrait hole the painting of the fat lady having swung inward.

Remus balled up a scrap of parchment and threw it at Peter. “People in glass houses. Right James?”

James wasn’t listening. His attention was squarely focused on Lily Evans. As her thick thighs jiggled as she lifted them over the frame of the fat ladies portrait. Lily since she started at school had always been ‘plump’ and then when she developed she was ‘curvy.’ Now it seemed over summer, she was fat. “Remus, Do you think Lily has gotten fat?” James asked staring at her. As she waddled, actually waddled her whole padded form jiggling with every slow step across the common room.

“I’m not stupid enough to answer that question” Remus replied looking at James and seeing his rather blatant boner. Dropped his transfiguration textbook on it.

James howled in pain gripping his crotch and toppled off the couch landing on the ground. Lily stood over him. He turned his head just slightly and he could see all the way up her skirt. The way her panties were straining across her plumper pussy.

James gasped and moved his head, desperately hoping she hadn’t noticed. “Hello Lily. How are you?” His voice came out squeaky and pained.

Lily covered her mouth trying not to laugh. “Fine. You okay there?” She enquired with a raised eye brow.

“Peachy” James grinned. “You look good. Have I ever told you you look good. Well you look even better lately.”

Lily’s cheeks blushed. James eyes suddenly widened. He was in. For the first time ever. Lily had caved. “Thankyou James.”

James casually put his hands behind his head. “Your welcome. Tonight, wanna Patrol together? We can take the kitchens?”

“Sure” Lily smiled. Her eyes looked over at James erection and smiled for the briefest of seconds. Before her attention snapped back to his face.

A pillow collided with James crotch Hard. It was ice cold. “Oof” James grunted as he went fetal. “Uncalled for” he winced.

“It was absolutely called for” Remus said shaking his head. “We need to get you spayed.”

James didn’t care as he heard Lily’s perfect laughter as she waddled away.

Later that evening James stood on the staircase addressing all twelve of the prefects. The school had twenty four in total between the various houses. However they devised a sort of roster so not everyone was doing it everyday. He’d been given a list of routes by Professor McGonagall to keep it straightforward. There didn’t seem to be any major complaints other than the prefects who had to patrol near the courtyards, where the breeze got a bit chilly at this time of the evening.

“Thanks everyone. Meet back here at eleven” James explained. He looked over at Lily. Her robes didn’t do up. They used to. Was it weird that he noticed that. “So let’s go do Head stuff.” Lily raised a silent eyebrow at him. “That sounded better in my head.”

“I hope so” Lily said as James walked beside her. She was slow, he suspected that might have been due to her increased weight. Which James was fully aware he needed to not focus on otherwise he’d get an erection and then they’d really have problems. “Uhh James.”

James stopped dead in his tracks. He looked around wondering what Lily had spotted. “Yeah? Did you see a student.”

“No. Just something else…” Lily coughed.

James stomach fell, and he felt his face flush deeply. “Merlin. Sorry. Err Sirius must have slipped me that. Muggle thing Virginia” James stammered cupping his crotch.

“Viagra?” Lily suggested not believing him for a second.

“Yes that” James nodded. He turned around and began readjusting himself through his trousers pockets. “Sorry. Seriously. Sorry” he repeated.

“It’s fine. Just surpising. Do you slip each other Viagra a lot?” Lily asked curiously.

“Loads. You know how we prank” James said trying to play it off.

They fell into silence as they walked on. Eventually Lily Commented, “You don’t usually prank each other though.”

“Yeah…” James agreed. Feeling himself desperate for an excuse. He didn’t know what he was still lying. By the time they’d made it a third of the way around their route. James could hear Lily wheezing, puffing out of breath. “Let’s sit down” he said when they came to a bench in one corridor.

“Thanks” Lily said visibly sweating. James looked at her and his mouth dried up. His self control came apart and he sat down beside her.

“It’s because of you. Not a prank. My erection that is. Not that you need to know. But you should know. And why can’t I stop talking. I’m normally way more put together than this” James groaned before finally cupping his face in his hands.

Lily laughed, a sweet amused laugh. “James..” she puffed her hand rubbing her belly. The way it bulged against her jumper. Rounder and chubby. “Since school started back, you’re the only person who looks at me the same way. If anything you seem to look at me more?” She asked.

James straightened, all the nerves fell away and it was like a lifeline thrown to him. “You’re beautiful. Summer hasn’t changed that.”

“I got fat” Lily replied bluntly. “Very fat.”

“And?” James asked cupping her hand. He nudged his knees against hers. He felt her belly so soft and round. “It doesn’t mean you’re not attractive?”

“It’s funny that might one of the most genuine things you’ve said, in all seven years of knowing you” Lily said meeting his eye.

“It’s true, would you prefer I lie?” James smiled genuinely. His eyes widened when he felt Lily’s hand on his ass. She squeezed it.

“No. It’s just very sweet” Lily smiled.

James blushed and pressed against lily now. He wanted her. “Lily…can I…” he stammered staring into her green eyes.

Lily Evans kissed James Potter. Firmly. He turned his head, and opened his lips and felt Lily slide her tongue in. Cheeky. It thrilled him, so they kept kissing. Like it was the only thing keeping them alive. Their hands feeling each other up. James pressed his weight against Lily, his erection pressing into her belly. And it only seemed to make them kiss each other harder.

They were both puffing when they broke the kiss. There was something unspoken between them now. James reached around feeling how big Lily was. “Merlin..” he said aching in his voice.

“James…” Lily said biting her plump lip.

“Yes? Yes Lily?” James said dragging his eyes to her chubby face. A face he craved now. He ached for it.

“You mentioned patrolling the kitchens . I am a little hungry.”

“Really? Didn’t you eat dinner” James answered automatically.

Lily shuddered and blushed deeply on her already red face. James noticed it and smiled. “Kitchen isn’t far. This the beginning right of us. Tomorrow we won’t…”

“If you’re not ashamed of me” Lily began.

“Never” James said firmly. “You drive me wild.”

“Then yes, this our beginning” Lily agreed with a soft chuckle. James stood up and offered a hand to Lily. Lily heaved herself upright and reached out and took her hand. He squeezed it gently and smiled at her. Lily smiled back at him.
