"Jesus loves you."

An understatement

"Jesus loves you."

Those three words have lost their flavor. They've been chewed and stepped on, abused, and cheaply used. I apologize for this. I want to apologize on behalf of the Christian that spit those words in your face then left you in a hopeless place.

"Jesus loves you," is an understatement. That statement alone will never sum up his affection towards you. Just look at his life and what he did for you. It takes knowing him, walking with him, and trusting in him to be assured by his love. But even then you will never fully understand.

"Jesus loves me this I know..." for he's never left me even when I wanted to go.

When I have sharp faith and when I doubt it he still loves me so. Nothing I do could possibly change this.

If you don't believe that Jesus loves you I urge you to get to know him personally. Watch your walls break down. Watch bitterness turn to sweetness. Watch your life turn around.

If you still don't believe Jesus loves you I encourage you to except him as your Lord and savior. You'll notice quickly how it's not just a change in behavior. Keep in mind this is the richest kind of love with the strongest kind of flavor. A lifestyle through which peace becomes part of your conscience. A journey through which God is your navigator.
