Dear Procrastination
Hey there, you're hungry now. You can do that later sweetheart.
Today is thrusday, start on a Monday and you can track your progress easier... Besides it's 3 days to the end of the month, wouldn't you want to have a fresh start? Why not do it then.
Oh dear, you're too tired... Hey why not take a nap so that you can do it with better focus... You know what they say, quality over quantity... Ops. Did you sleep too much? Oh now you're late? It's fine you can catch up.
Dear procrastination,
As I am writing to you now, I am also in dilemma. I mean you come come out with ridiculously great reasons for me to take a break but the things is, I want to do work. I would love to be productive and work towards my dream.
You see I have limited time on this earth and I would very much love it if I could achieve as many goals and dreams that I have. Could you pretty please get out of my life?
You make me eat when I'm not hungry. You tell me 5 more minutes when I am running on a deadline. You give me all this dates to start when there is no "right" time to start.
So please all almighty procrastination, please set me free. Please let me become the great person I know I am.
I don't want to be just potential. There's no point in having potential if I can't produce. So pretty please let me go and unlock the chains that are holding me down.
So this is the first and I hope the last letter I'll ever write to you. Please be well and away from me. As much as I enjoy having fun, I enjoy being productive too.
