Ozark Review

A member of the Flix406 crew checked out season 1, 2 & 3 of Ozark. Here is the review:

Created by Bill Dubuque and Mark Williams comes a tight, and thrilling crime-drama. The show stars Jason Bateman( Marty Byrde), Laura Linney (Wendy Byrde) and a great supporting cast.

Season 1 starts off with a bang when the shows protagonist, Marty, finds himself in trouble with the Mexican Cartel. After this happens he needs to find a new way to make money. With this dilemma, Marty drags his family from Chicago to the Missouri Ozarks.

Here he will open up a number of different business to make money. Eventually though, trouble finds its way back into Marty and his families lives again. Season 1 is full of ups and downs and will keep your heart racing the whole time.

Season 2 raises the bar even higher. In this season tragedy strikes often, twisting the audience into dark twist after twist. You will start to see the whole Byrde family working together to keep them out of trouble. All while trying to make their living situation more profitable. And of course, to stay alive.

**Updated Season 3 Review:

In one aspect, this season is like all of the other seasons. It is the same as it was full of ups and downs, sadness and straight craziness. This season had 10 episodes and each was perfectly written and well done. This season is different in another aspect though. You can never guess what is going to happen with the characters. This season constantly has the characters make you guess their every move. You think you know a certain character, but you will find out that you really don’t. As we said in the last review of the first two seasons, this show continues to get better and we recommend everyone check it out. **

I didn’t want to go too far into the important details of the show. The reason why is because this crime-drama is one where you need to see it yourself to get its full affect.

All I can say is that this is probably my favorite show that I have ever watched. This show is fun, dark, thrilling, action packed and just like nothing I had ever seen before in a show.

The cast is amazing and the story is one of a kind. From watching this show on Netflix, Jason Bateman has become one of my favorite actors. The Flix406 crew highly recommends you watch all 3 seasons of Ozark, now streaming on Netflix!
