The way God sees you

The way God sees you. Yes you.

The way people see us is very different from the way God sees us. People will analyse our clothing, looks, behaviour, what we say, so on. Now that is natural because humans have limited perceptions and senses.

Because God only is limitless, only His perceptions are limitless. He only sees beyond appearances, beyond behaviour, beyond someone’s intellect, beyond someone’s life time achievements or failures. That is why He sees what no one else can see. People will love you if you behave well, do all the right things, but if you fail, if you go through a phase when your behaviour doesn’t match their expectations, you will straight away notice a distancing from them. But not God! I’ve learned over the years to be a God pleaser and not people pleaser. My human nature is to please people to make people happy. But God is challenging me to please Him first. People will always try to make us do things for their benefit but the Lord does the opposite He will always do something that is for our good. Always.
