IN AND OUT

In And Out

in·spi·ra·tion

inspəˈrāSHən

noun

2. the drawing in of breath; inhalation, an act of breathing in; an inhalation.

ex·pi·ra·tion

ˌekspəˈrāSHən/Submit

noun

2. exhalation of breath, releasing the breath, breathing out.

Think about the two words for a moment. We are actually living, and dying, with each and every breath. Life unfolds a moment at a time. We inspire, and then we expire. This entire process come without observation. It is unseen.

Now lets look at one more word:

spir·it

ˈspir-ət

noun

the force within a person that is believed to give the body life, energy, and power … the inner quality or nature of a person.

How can we deny the existence of Spirit, when our complete existence depends on the cycle of inspiration, and expiration? The very force of life that each of us share, is who we are. Therefore, there is but One Spirit, One thing, One consciousness … ONE.

Enjoy the moment … one step at a time, one breath at a time.

When we come to the realization that all is One and One is all, then perhaps we may have peace on Earth. What we do to others, we do to ourselves.

Just a thought ...
