Hunger Games

Chapter 4:

It was morning and I got up,got a shower,and braided back my hair. I was about to go down to breakfast when I heard a knock on my door it was Peeta.

“Hey” he said,”I wanted to tell you if something happened in the arena that I’m still going to get you out if only one of us can leave.”

Ugh Peeta is doing this protect me thing again,but that means I have to do it first.

“Nope you can’t because I am gonna get you out” I say.

“Katniss don’t do this again” he says

“Peeta don’t do this again”, I say.

“Well let’s just hope we can end this and all get out alive” I say.

“Ok come on let’s go eat breakfast” he said.

We went downstairs and into the dinning room. Hamitch had already eaten, and is watching tv on the couch.

Me and Peeta eat quickly and then head out for Tigris’s store. Today was districts 4,5,and 6.

District 4 walks in the room and quickly takes a seat.They look little and all I know is that I want to bring them home.

“Hello” ,said the girl,” My name is Sage Amado,and I am thirteen. She looks as if she came from the seam poorly dressed,hair not combed, and mud stained face. The boy on the other hand looked wealthy,had a nice,friendly smile, and had a shimmering face. The boy then introduced himself as Adrien Aoki; he was also thirteen.

Me and Peeta took turns introducing the plan. They both agreed to it, and then left.

“ Well that’s another district done” I say to Peeta.

“Well let’s just hope we can do what we promised” he said.” The teens from district twelve reminded me of Finnick;they both had deep sea green eyes”

“Well maybe we can get them back safe, and do Finnick proud” I say

“Let’s hope so” he said.

District 5 walks in and takes their seat. The girl introduces herself as twelve-year old Brooklyn. Her male tribute is twelve-year old Flynn. They remind me of Rue;both being so small. They both agree to the plan and leave.

“Ok so only one more district and then we can go to the penthouse” I say.

“What if we went to the roof tonight and slept;like some sort of camp out. We can invite Hamitch, and maybe there will be less nightmares.”

“That sound great “ I say.

We ended the day with district 6. There was a boy named Natt who was 16, and a cool girl named Ombré who was seventeen;me and Peeta’s age. They accepted the plan and left.

We had a relaxing night at the penthouse. We did the camp out thing like Peeta said. It was fun and relaxing. Me and Peeta started to grow back together after what happened with the tracker jacker venom.

We drifted off the sleep fast , and I only had one nightmare. That one nightmare woke up Peeta though, but we quickly when back to sleep.
