Worry

Why shouldn't we worry about what other people think about us but be concerned about what God thinks?

Because no other person knows your heart, situation or circumstances well enough to be the judge of you. Every person is full of their own life experiences and therefore their own perspectives on life. God knows we all want to understand, He knows we are desperate for answers. So we ought to pray for wisdom so that whatever answers He gives us, we can see and have the heart to accept. We can never doubt the ways He can speak to us.

We should give much thought about how the omnipotent Creator sees us because He who gave us life does know every inch of our hearts. He will judge us righteously and His judgement will be just. Yet, as God is filled with grace, so will it stream into our lives over all things that cause us to live in fear and sin. With His son's death as atonement, it was proven that grace can and will be a resting place for a weary and deceived heart. He offers, for our time here on earth a light, a haven. We can find redemption and strength in Jesus.

But there is no rest for the weary and all who come to despise truth cannot know the peace He offers. There is only delusion and suffering for the wicked heart because they are certain that a saving grace can be found outside of Christ. But outside of Christ, there is only death.

Luke 12:4-5 KJV

And I say unto you my friends, Be not afraid of them that kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do. But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him.
