To manage your Membership, please go to your Profile at the top of the Werdsmith app's main screen, then tap "Membership".
We believe you should only pay if you find Werdsmith genuinely useful. If you've had an issue with the app or you just aren't enjoying it, we'd love to help you get a refund.
All Werdsmith payments go through Apple, so we can't issue refunds directly. However, you can request a refund through Apple's website.
Werdsmith is available on iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Apple Vision Pro and the latest Macs. You can check if your Mac is compatible by searching "Werdsmith" in the Mac App Store.
You can back up and export your data by logging in to your Werdsmith account here.
The fastest way to contact us is by going to the Werdsmith app, tapping on your Profile and then tapping Help. Make sure to include all the diagnostic information in your email, which helps us resolve your issue significantly faster.
