Farage The Fetishist

I've only just come to realise the impervious nature of the gulf between the Right and Left of the political spectrum. Having experienced the homophobic and racist rantings of my own Uncle this week, alongside watching Nigel Farage's dubious and frankly bizarre fetishisation over World War II battlefields, one can only hope that these Primeval ideologies will die off with the bluster and pomp that cadaverously contain them.

Failing that, I have an idea that might suit Farage et al. A massive 1940's style camp, which should appeal to his Fascist leanings whereby Vera Lynn is constantly played on loop, interspersed with the dulcet tones of the odd air raid siren. I'd even be generous enough to equip said camp with Anderson shelters, ration books and posters of Winston Churchill for the full, historically accurate experience.

Of course, one of the massive pluses to this is that the rest of society can live in relative multicultural peace from those who continue to spout vile and bigoted racist, homophobic, sexist, bullshit! For that, we should all be eternally grateful.
