Council Cretins Part Two

Well this is fucking great! Just had a letter through from those bastards at Oldham Council and they're saying I need to pay back over £3.000 from my Individualised Budget as there's now a surplus build-up in the account! This money was earmarked for when my Mum goes into hospital to have her hip operation and I'm going to need care 24/7 then. This is just insult to bleeding injury as far as I'm concerned and I've told Mum on the day she goes into hospital to leave me outside the Council offices as she's unable to look after me and there's no money left in the account to provide care! These people are scum of the pissing earth! Contacting the Councillor Joy Wrigglesworth tomorrow as it's beyond a joke!
