Refund

We believe you should only be charged if you find Werdsmith genuinely useful. If you’ve been charged but you aren’t happy with the service, we’d be happy to help you request a refund.

You can request a refund from Apple by tapping here. All payments go through Apple, so we have no control over the refund process.

Keep in mind that if your refund request is approved, you’ll lose access to your membership benefits immediately.

Note: If you see "Werdsmith" on your credit card statement, that means you have an old version of the membership that we charge directly.
